i went over with a fine tooth comb the website.. I was thinking about getting the Contemporary but damn I just can't get over the sound I watched a few demos it just doesn't sound good.. am I crazy?

Tried to buy the Fender Telecaster and it is not currently available. They say it is on backorder. I can’t imagine when they say it is available again it will be the same price.

Those bright colors though, looks like the green ones don't sell well. They should make a temperature changing color one. Or glow in the dark one. Fender needs to do better to compete with the highly upgraded budget guitars. Better electronics would be a good start. Or start making high end squires with made in mexico, use all fender stuff at squire prices.
