Thanks for sharing this. I was wondering how you could find these. Great tips and different strategies to make them findable easy.

I was in a bid meeting, getting questions together to ask the customer. I opened a Loop, added a table and everyone got straight in adding their questions. It was next level easy! We were all first time users of Loops and found it very natural. I think our meeting process will change no for ever. Of course an easy way to 'pop' the chat Loop open on my other screen would be nice...

John my friend, that is a great story. I need to meet with you and record it.
It is a perfect use case and does what a OneNote struggled to do - quickly and simply share and get started.
I agree about the need for a pop out window. That would benefit a number of Teams meeting-optimised apps.

This will really come into its own when the instances are embedded and editable in real time in multiple apps. For me, having the loop created in OneNote and shared and editable inline in Teams, Outlook and Word will be a game changer. Creating a report with a series of required actions, as a loop, and being able to open the report in a month's time and have an updated view of the status of all the tasks will be a game changer.

I think that future is promising and should mean we think less about where content is. My hope is the Loop simplifies work by providing editing experiences for multiple platforms, together in one place.

@@DarrellaaS The problem will be when we have twenty checklists scattered all over and trying to check what is still outstanding. They need to integrate back with ToDo or Planner so don’t lose tasks.
