This is a great reaction! Seungkwan (the one you asked if he was the king of vocals) is my favorite vocalist in KPOP right now (personal preference) but if we're looking at his skills objectively, as far as technique goes, he is definitely in the top 5 in the entire industry. He has been critically acclaimed by a lot of professional vocalists much older than him. DK (the one at (9:50)) is also very very very good at vocal techniques. He is the one that has a higher range of the two but because Seungkwan's technique is so good, he can keep up and they can switch off high parts very easily. That's why they're the main vocalists of the group. Seventeen has the strongest vocal line in KPOP behind EXO (Chen, Baekhyun and D.O.). It's really amazing.

when they sing in english they just practice the lines (maybe with someone who speaks it well and they have 2 members with american nationalities, so they probabaly practice it with them idk)
That house on Hoshi, because he is a tv show called the mask singer (the Korean version) ... people singing and others guess who sings the song and vote. some of svt’s members also in that show (DK and kuan) :))

Hoshi (one of the members/leader of performance unit) along with the whole performance team unit (svt is divided into 3 units:hiphop which consists of rappers, vocal unit, and performance unit which are dancers) choreograph MOST of svt choreos. They are also very known as kings of synchronization. Woozi (leader of vocal unit) writes,composes all their songs too!! Thank you for appreciating them !! I recommend watching a guide to seventeen such as who is seventeen ( u can just search them :)))
My analysis in the English pronunciation: I think the key factors here are the clearness and pitch of the voice. For example, Woozi doesn't speak English, but he has a high and very clear voice, so you don't notice an accent that quickly. Or even Jun, his voice is very clear and high, but he still has a bit of an accent (it can pass off as a fake one, if that makes sense). I'm not including Joshua in this one, but he also fits here with the two.

Another example: Wonwoo. He has a deep voice, but is relatively clear. Mingyu has a higher voice, but is not very clear, especially while rapping and he lisps too so it sounds like words are mushed together (if he's rapping fast). The best example of a deep and not clear voice is V from BTS. he has a deep voice, but it's also not clear so he has a very heavy accent.
