Woozi is the member who produces Seventeens music, hes the one you rewound around 2:53 , who you said was going crazy at the end and who got it on the first take. Hoshi or the Performance Unit is the one who Choreographs Seventeens dance. Theres lots of videos on youtube with Woozi in the studio producing and recording their songs and Hoshi explaining how he comes up with choreo
I think Dokyeom's voice is something that God blessed! I mean ... All the guys have great and amazing voices, i love all them! I just really like this type of voice like Dokyeom's (although I have never met such a voice again😅) . Even Bumzu once said that Dokyeom has an innate strong voice.

Main thing you need to know about Seventeen…ALL of them can sing well, rap well, and dance well. And they are variety show gods. Not only do they write, compose, produce, and choreograph their own stuff, they also have designed their own merch, made 2 B-side MV’s (including shooting the film and video editing) contribute to concert set design and costuming design, and come up with their own content on VLive and TH-cam (variety shows, radio shows, cooking/mukbang shows, etc). They are crazy talented!
Dokyeom and Seungkwan are definitely in my top 10 vocalists ever
Yes they self-produce, Woozi being the main producer, composer and all members have multiple lyrics credits, in addition they work with another 2 producers since predebut, Bumzu is the one who helped them predebut, but in interviews he has said that the best thing you can do with Woozi is just give him freedom and that’s how he started doing music, teaching them and let them do their thing, he’s such a big supporter of SVT
As far as choreographies Hoshi is the main one here, with the performance unit (Jun, The8 and Dino) and they mentioned how with the help of one choreographer or dance crew (don’t recall the name but they have collaborated with them also as backup dancers), they brainstorm about the song, what’s the concept of it, and everything is a mix of styles not just Hoshi’s, he started doing it since pre debut
For the rappers they write their own verses
In addition other members have also recorded and edited MV’s
Both started as a hobby and their staff and the other members encourage them to do it (the hole process of doing an MV)
Wonwoo with Holiday and Mingyu with Snapshoot and also the Going Magazine all members where involved in the process (video, styling, clothes, etc) but the ideas was from him and he was the photographer, this was for their own weekly variety show on YT (Going Seventeen) and the Magazine was realized
In the show they give ideas of the episodes to the staff (they even have episodes where they discuss that in a funny way and then later you can see how those ideas are projected as episodes later) and the show doesn’t have scripts, so a lot of improv, so for being considered one of the bests idol shows says a lot about their chemistry and how funny they are

You're very welcome to slip into the Diamond life 🤗 SEVENTEEN always go above and beyond expectations. From choreography, Performance, vocals, discography visuals, variety, personality, updates, etc..and everything is self-produced! never a dull moment.
they get help, BUMZU, PRISMFILTER and other musicians help compose/arrange the music, in the latest single (Ready to Love) one of Big Hit's producer's put in some input that's why RTL sounds a bit different (whether it good different or bad different, I'd say that's personal preference) they have in-house (Pledis) choreographer hyungs and a noona too, I think, and sometimes they invite other choreo teams, like in Getting Closer, HOWEVER they are also deeply involved in creating their own music, they've never released a song title track or b-side or theme song that isn't made by Woozi, the rappers always make their own raps, and choreography is largely handled by Hoshi & Dino, and the perf team, especially if it's a performance team song then it's most probably 100% their own choreo... so far they released two MVs directed and edited by members (Holiday-Wonwoo, Snap Shoot - Mingyu), there was also this one time in GoSe that they even made their own magazine... oh and that time just before they debuted that they distributed flyers around the street to invite people to watch their show... China-line also translated Oh! and Home into Chinese
All seventeen members' voices are amazing but DK's voice is just really my top favorite

As a carat, Seungkwan has the best vocals. His vocal technique is unmatched while DK has the highest range and the best falsetto. These 2 were even included in the Top 4 list of kpop artists with the best singing ability by kpop vocal coaches. Hyolyn and SolA are the other two artists.
Not a dokyeom slander 😭. He is a musical actor who can sing with different and better techniques for a variety of expressions of the musical numbers. The topic of who is a better vocalist of course its dokyeom. The gap between them is very far now seungkwan can't even nearing dokyeom capabilities in singing.

2:32 seventeen has their own mics, these are different depending on their units, the vocal unit's are pink with small diamonds in it, the performance unit's are platinum also with diamonds, and the hip hop unit each one of their mics have different colors: golden, red, orange and black. I'm not an expert but I hope that helps:D

Kpop showcases about like thousands of groups, bands, and artists so the amount of talent including crazy vocals. Everyone has their favs but as someone who has been a fan for years and knows alot of artists i cannot simply just list off because it would take too long. But I think more than certain artist certain companies have amazing vocals. SM for example being a obvious vocal heavy focused company with Shinee, EXO, NCT, Red Velvet ect. Other companies like Cube (BTOB, Pentagon), RBW (Oneus, Mamamoo, Onewe, Vromance, Purple Kiss), FNC (Ft. Island, N. Flying), and then other artist like Treasure, Jamie, Ailee, BTS, Seventeen, Day6, and Hoppipolla. Liking more than one groups vocals will happen the more you dive into kpop so don't worry
i feel like you would love seventeen fr. not only are their vocals just insane seungkwan and dokyeom both easily being two of the top vocalists in the industry but they're all such cool and funny dudes that are humble before anything else. and performance wise... these guys are the standard you can tell how much they care about their jobs and producing genuinely good music and it really is shown through their music. seventeen are 13 dudes with a whole lot of love for each other and everyone thats helped them in anyway to achieve where they are now.

Seventeen deserves so much more. All KPOP Boy Groups are good but SEVENTEEN IS BETTER. They can sing especially during live, they self-produce and create their own choreography (with some help), they’re all devastatingly handsome, and they CAN HELLA DANCE. If you watch them dance you’ll be able to see just how perfectly in sync all 13 members, I stress ***13 MEMBERS*** are. They’re also funny and fun to watch both on and off stage. they compose songs themselves, since some of the producers are the members themselves, they know how to divide parts that suits their own members' voices and compose songs that suits themselves. they also don't follow trends since debut, they have different stage and performance style on awards.

I will never regret making the decision of stanning them
They are blessed with all types of talents, composing and writing songs, dancing and creating choreographies, singing and playing instruments, rapping and performing like absolute bosses, they are a self-producing group for god's sake
They don't have a single bad songs, their discography is what one can call perfection
Their B-sides are not any less amazing than title tracks, in fact all of their B-sides could be potential title tracks, I bet they have a hard time choosing the title track
They are literal masters when it comes to genres, they have tried everything and they were all huge successes
You can never know who is the main vocal or main dancer because they are all so extremely talented, in fact I have never stanned a group this talented before (except for the legends shinee)

Do yourself a favour and listen to the vocal team's "Don't Listen in Secret" for the part where DK goes hard and almost growls his lyric I love it.
Also for some more love for the hip hop team: Listen to "Un Haeng Il Chi" cause the vibe is fantastic. And look up the hip hop team's "Joker" at Diamond Edge for some unreleased hip hop team songs because oh my god.
The best thing about svt is their comeback might not be your style/taste but you would still be impressed by their performance. That's a literal performer right there.
It's correct that they self-produce their songs, choreo, and performance, but I don't like it when we don't give credits to the ones actually helping them. They're making more money now, they can afford to out source things more. I'd say as a carat, I'm proud of seventeen and everyone making it possible for them to be seventeen.
