YES this is great! I've been able to tackle a wide range of projects with this monport 60w co2 laser, from intricate wood carvings to detailed leather engravings, with incredible results. The laser itself is built like a tank, and the software is incredibly user-friendly. It's become an indispensable tool in my workshop, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable laser cutter and engraver.
😂😂 Informative & funny. I was considering the Monport Onyx 55w, but now after this video I'm heavily considering this one. Ugh....decisions decisions 🤦🏽♀️
I got my a months ago and Yes, That was the first thing I was trying to figure it out, LOL, just press the Z/U key, then with "Z Move" option selected use the left and right arrow to bring the bed up and down manually, in the same "Z" list you will find the Auto focus also, just navigate to it. These options are available in Lightburn software.
So the reason you don’t CO2 laser metal is that the beam will reflect back thru the mirrors and damage the tube. You really shouldn’t publish this video as this is not a good example of what to do.
