Im 20 years old. Since I've had my first period I've used pads for a year then tampons. After a while of heavy flow that has made me need to wash underwear anyways. I've switched back to pads. But the wings never stick so I still end up often washing underwear no matter what I do. 😢 So I'd figure to try this! I love how they wrap ALL the way around and they feel much more comfortable and I hardly even feel them compared to normal pads which are usually itchy and get all gross against the skin fast. These are SUPER absorbent!
Good question sister! You can use some baking soda (not baking powder) to attack old stains. Let us know if it worked: But, remaining stains are actually not really a problem. even though it's not visually pleasing, it's not an issue or unhealthy. The main thing is that pads shouldn't be smelly or have no fungus on it if ever they didn't dry well. @@nikhilmalhan5843 welcome sister! Please let us know if it works! Actually, which soap do you use? Did you know we have a special cloth pad soap made to remove blood stains? Many customers using our natural range managed to keep their pads white with this soap :)
Yes :) Menstrual blood contains essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium which are beneficial for plant growth. So it's great to dilute blood with water and give it to plants. PS: It's best to use only on ornamental plants and not on edible ones.

Thanks for sharing. However, period blood is a great fertiliser :) Menstrual blood contains three primary plant macronutrients-nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. These are the same nutrients you’ll find in store-bought fertilizers. Nitrogen, in particular, helps boost plants’ overall luster and growth. It’s recommended to dilute the blood with water and apply it as soon as possible after it leaves your body. It’s suggested to use it only on ornamental plants, not ones you plan to eat, like fruits, veggies, or potted herbs.
Educate yourself and stop being so disgusted by natural bodily processes. This woman is just one of very few reasons why we MAY still have a planet left. But I doubt it will be enough unfortunately. Still, she’s a hero. If you’re shocked by that, then you need help.
