Why should only real estate be given this unfair advantage of indexation? Real estate still has this unfair advantage that I can reinvest the sell of a real estate and buy another property without paying any tax. Why? Why not for gold, steel, onion, wheat, cloth merchant or even shares of a company? Indexation was done by corrupt politicians to benefit few.
