I'm 54 years old, and the think I've loved about these Backrooms videos is that they remind me of dreams I've been having my whole life. From the mid 80s on I've dreamed of wandering from familiar room to familiar room, knowing that I had to keep moving because 'something' was following me. Still have that dream, even today.

Same here buddy. It’s like they’ve seen in my mind during dreams. The noise, no exit and some entity following me. Sometimes I can fly thru these dreams (lucid dreaming). But it really is straining my anxiety. 😮
@@agreeneyedfella I never dream of flying, but I do often dream of floating or 'falling slowly' - such as slipping and falling off the house, but doing so at the speed of dandelion fluff. Such dreams can turn ugly though, as I realize every stray wind buffets me higher and higher into the sky. In that situation, I'd need a jetpack or Hawkman to keep me from floating out over the ocean. Now THATS a repete nightmare I've had - falling slowly towards a bottomless body if water, unable to stop or direct myself.
At least you are not dreaming of conversing with vampires that throw razor thin knives at you that you have to constantly dodge.

I like that in this version of the backrooms Tobasco is its own light sauce.
New lifeforms:
1.Skinstealer: Wears pieces of humans for some reason to look like them. But their body shape gives away their disguise. Possibly preys on humans just like bacteria.
2.Sentient statue:Unknown, May not be a lifeform but is definitely sentient. Moves when not looked at like SCP-173. Lethality is unknown.
That's what the Sears word on the store front looked like in the 60's when I was a kid. Nice touch!
Yup. The logo was updated in the late 80s i've only ever seen the other one on catalogs from the 80s.
But if you go back and watch old TV shows or youtube "christmas ads" you'll run into that logo a lot.
I love how he went from being freaked out & chased by that thing in the Mexican restaurant to being like "oh wow a new area" in like a 30 second timespan 😂
This man from an alternative universe where The Backrooms is a sketch comedy show.
The acting was bad, but I can't complain much.
It's not very often that someone manages to make a Backrooms video where your hands aren't conveniently uninvolved in every shot. This is very well-made!

INCREDIBLE work! WOW! Seriously LOVED the different areas! When those lights went off and the two different entities were revealed, that was TERRIFYING! INCREDIBLE work on the entities. The mannequin one really sent shivers down my spine. Loved the arcades section as well and how we got a bit of gameplay from it! Towards the end, that beautiful looking blue corridor with all those arcades on either side was amazing, to then see the distorted face at the end....WOW! Can't wait for part 4!!!
I LOVE the part with the arcade, he's surrounded by games that don't exist yet!

I remember a mall on the ground floor it had stores and a Restaurant with a very nice owner. If use the escalator you come to an area like a hall on the right side elevators on the left side too and 2benches.
On the same side a room an parallel to the escalator at the end of the hall a pathway to somewhere.
You push the Button and call the elevator. It opens and to use it to need a key
Bro....All of this was exciting enough. The run speed and head bob was perfectly realistic too, something a lot of Backrooms vids don't get quite right. And nice "gotta keep an eye on that thing" SCP vibes. But that arcade. Tron was badass enough but your arcade had Kangaroo....FUCKING KANGAROO?! I know you didn't show it, didn't need to I could hear it. And interesting you show Super Mario...if you think about it he's one of the first to experience the Backrooms. Half the time he goes down a secret pipe he ends up in the poolrooms LOL

I have one piece of advice, I leave it for most of the backroom channels.
when you're alone even though you are recording yourself you would NOT be self narrating this much.
That is the only issue. You don't have to FILL the silence, the Silence makes it more interesting.
in exchange i would make a noise in the left or right stereo channel for the watcher.
A sound of Feet shuffling, a can being kicked, even a LOUD BOOM after a break of no sound.
It's the theory of "If I told you there were spiders in this completely dark room, would you want to see them? or would you want to leave the lights off?"
You would want to see them, in the complete dark your mind fills the void of what "CAN BE" and not what is.
They feel scary to me. ENDLESS MAZE AND NO ESCAPE. A dream sequence
only good thing about the backrooms is that you can (should) jump through holes in case of danger, and landing just fine 100m below
Just for a larf, flip the monster off just before you drop down the hole😂
High quality audio on low quality footage kills it for me.
Also it always bothers me how unrealistic the bobbing/step length is in these videos. Seems like an engine thing rather than a creative decision.

If ya'll didnt know why is mikee gone because, in the house, Mikee ecountered an EAS, when mikee is hiding, the unknown entity they found him to dead, and the police comes to Mikee's house, that's why mikee is missing.

I liked the environments a lot, but I have to admit the first two videos were a bit better in feel. This one there was so much talking the whole time and during dramatic sequences too. I like this one, but maybe it was just too talkative for me

*my thoughts:* i think less narrating would help, i mean you're trapped in an alternate reality, who is he talking to/for? also horror would be better at the end, no one would stop to play games if being chases. Finally i prefer a mysterious world then just everything is all horror but thats up to your own taste i guess

This was so cool and unique. Super impressive! But if I could give one tinyyyy piece of constructive criticism it would be, maybe have the explorer narrate a little less? I felt like he said so much out loud that didn’t really need to be said. Also, he was still talking out loud to the camera while hiding from a deadly entity. That kinda took me out of it a lil bit. But please don’t take any offense to this, just my opinion! Loved this video.

Did you was in a mall or a huge supermarket and ending in a spot with no people it seems like the spot have either no lights on or reduced the light and the have a shelf but on one side a pillar which reduced the width of the hallway and you have this "hidden spot" in the market and the strange thing is it is unnatural silent no people no sound of the store

Way too much reliance on cheap jumpscares and what is by far the weakest part of the whole backrooms mythos: entities. Also the never-ending verbal narration by the protagonist at times where he.would have clearly been much better served by shutting the f*ck up forcres a very artificial-feeling conflict with an ancillary character in the restaurant area.
It's not all bad news though. The set pieces were imaginative and well-designed, and really lent themselves well to the whole atmosphere of liminal spaces.
The best bit of.advice I can give you pertains to the inclusion of entities....best to not have them at all, but if you must, LESS IS MORE. Far better to strongly hint at their existence than to show them even for a second....trust and believe.
