Did physical therapy for similar ankle sprains. Found out it is not because of "different leg lengths" or scoliosis but because I kept using my front ankle muscle "anterior tibialis" muscle because my same side butt and hamstrings were weaker than my other side. Did exercises for butt and hamstrings and got better after a couple weeks to a couple months.
What? So you get the short leg because you have weak muscles in your hips. The short leg comes from one side being strong than the other so the opposite side gets tight. You're using you front ankle muscles more because you're week somewhere else. The short legs isn't the cause, it's a byproduct of different issues.

The evidence found in studies for the benefits are non conclusive at best and non-existent at worst. 4. There is a very real risk of permanent injury, paralyzation and death involved. 5. I’m now 42 and I don’t have back or neck problems but if it’s ever anything real serious I know what to do or could go to my chiropractor if I really needed to. A lot of commenters have gone by what they’re heard or read or seen but not a lot of first hand experience. And hey Emily if it made you feel better I think that’s great. Why is everyone in chat calling this a scam wtf? What exactly is scammy about this?
Allow me to explain:
1.The founder of chiropractic, DD Palmer, claimed he received his knowledge through supernatural means, mentioning a ghost as his teacher.
2.While some find relief through chiropractic care, it's essential to be aware of potential risks, which may outweigh the benefits compared to other treatments like massage therapy.
3.Scientific evidence supporting chiropractic benefits is mixed, with some studies showing inconclusive results or lack of evidence altogether.
4.It's crucial to understand the risks involved with chiropractic treatment, including the potential for serious harm such as permanent injury, paralysis, or even death.
5.If you're dealing with health issues, consider consulting with professionals like physical therapists or orthopedic specialists who offer evidence-based care tailored to your needs.

Buddy said “if you have a flat tire it’s gonna wear out the rims” hahahahahah bro, that’s a wild statement, who the hell driving in a flat? And bro, just no, what the fuck.
Here a few quick facts about chiropractic:
1. The founder DD Palmer claimed to have learned his knowledge through supernatural revelations. He claimed a ghost taught him how to do it.
2. The benefits of chiropractic are at best the same you would get from a good massage, but with way higher risks.
3. The evidence found in studies for the benefits are non conclusive at best and non-existent at worst.
4. There is a very real risk of permanent injury, paralyzation and death involved.
5. If you have problems please see an actual professional like a physical therapist or an orthopedic specialist.

The entire theory of subluxations has zero evidence whatsoever.
Emily I just love your attitude. It’s astounding how misinformed people are about Chiropractic and Chiropractors. Just like doctors, all chiropractors are different and have different styles.
When I was a kid, I used to sleep on my stomach and had no idea how bad it was for my neck and back. One morning I woke up and couldn’t moved my neck to the left. After 1 adjustment I felt 80% better and could move my neck again. After 2 treatments I was back to 100% mobility. I continued to do monthly adjustments from age 13 to 20.
Really sorry there were some chatters that harassed the business and made what could have been a potentially great stream, a very uncomfortable one. You’re still great. 🙏🙏💪💪

Caitlin Jensen from Georgia visited the doctor in June last year after complaining of back and neck pain following long hours of study. But after the chiropractor adjusted her neck, she fell sick and was rushed to a hospital in an ambulance.
The woman had four arteries in her neck dissected after the chiropractor performed the routine procedure, which led to cardiac arrest, a stroke and a brain injury.
