just think 2 hands coincide correctly on 12 o clock only rest time it wound coincide in-between the two numbers.for ex if they asked 2-3 hands should be lies in-between 2-3 together

Here we need only min value ,so eg 2-3 means we need to take 2*5=10 so 2:10 is min. Value
