How to replace your DR650 timing chain tensioner gasket

How to replace the timing chain tensioner gasket on a Suzuki DR650.
Removing the old gasket is tedious, I used a razor blade and a scraper.

Are you need move piston position pms or dont have a problem time position ?? Tanks for help my problem

How do you adjust the tensioner? And do you have torque specs?

Hey mate, Tensioner is automatic adjustment - The spring mechanism shown in the video is how it applies the automatic tension. As for torque specifications, you can get the DR650 manuals online.
