That full gold GMT is insane. What a fucking watch. And the see through case back on the platinum Daytona??!! wow, you rarely get display case backs on Rolex Sports Watch. That looks incredible.

The 11 series Daytona has now become incredibly special and “THE” SS Daytona. The new 12 series Daytona metal edge around the bezel is a huge issue for collecting dings and wear marks. IMO….it adds nothing and becomes a liability and looks like ceramic insert on a SS bezel. The biggest “fail” is the beautiful organic case lines have been butchered into a now blocky supercase like look?
Watches, especially Rolex watches are so important for status and temporary happiness. However real joy can only come from within, not externally. Thanks Rolex and to social media. Get rich and buy your Rolex so you too can be part of the club.

Rolex have gotten high on their own hype. They’ve lost the plot entirely in my opinion. They are trying very hard to mainstream the idea that’s been prevalent among hardcore watch enthusiasts for a while, namely, that they are a brand for chavs and wankers. This is coming from someone that loves Rolex.
