Always love watching your vlogs.........I’ve been collecting cards for a long time. I’m 51 years old and have been collecting since I was 9 years old. Keep them coming.......It always feels like Christmas to me when I open new packs.
This was a very smart way to do a break with older cards. Liked the way you packaged them up into "wax packs". I look forward to you continuing to do these types of breaks with sets from the 50's, 60's and 70's. Great idea.
Carrol Hardy from pack #8 is the answer to a trivia question....as the only man ever to pinch hit for Ted Williams and also to catch a touchdown pass from Y. A. Tittle in a 1955 NFL game.
Man I would love to open up a pack of 1960 Topps baseball cards. Anything short or a Aaron, Clemente, Mays, Gibson, Mccovey, Berra, Koafax, Al kaline, Snider, Banks, F Robinson, B. Robinson, H. Kilabrew, Maris then that's nothing short of disappointing. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it. 💯
1967 Topps would be next to impossible to set break because of all the rare high numbers. Topps started putting cards out in series 1 thru 7. 7th series always came out late in September..Sometimes didn't make it to the shelves.
You know I was following your channel back then and I kind of fell off and I would have missed this at that time. Help disappointing I would have loved been part of this break I hope you do some more vintage like this
I coulda swore there was a Ted Williams in this set....... maybe there was a reason there wasn't. I mean Hank Aaron has a '76, even a '77 I believe. Nope, no '77. LOL the corners on most were good, I was looking at the stickers on the back, making the cards appear to be rounded.......ugh. This was totally fun to experience though, and it ended right when the Tigers game ended (they lost), lol.
Yo man, you need to get real and do this with 1991 Donruss. That would be awesome, er maybe (if you can afford it) 1990 Score would be a real treat... I just thought I would give some input, I know you cant find everything but those 2 set breaks would be fantastic.. I mean what would it be? $50 a pack, perhaps a little more?
Hank Aaron was better than Mantle and Mays. Hank Aaron never struck out 100 times or more in a season, had less strikeouts than walks, had a strikeout to homerun ratio of less than 2:1, was the most consistent in never hitting 50 homers or more in a season but had 755 total homers, and had a lifetime batting average of .305. Hank Aaron was also a better defensive player than Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle. Hank Aaron was absolutely one of the greatest players in the history of baseball. Hank Aaron cards would be worth more than Mickey Mantle if he had played for the Yankees. Hank Aaron would have hit over 800 homers if he had played in the short porch of Yankee Stadium half of his games. The Yankees have always been overhyped because they are the big New York team. Babe Ruth would have hit less than 600 homers, Mickey Mantle would have hit less than 400 homers, and Roger Maris would have hit less than 50 homers in 1961 if they had played in any other Major League stadium. I can only imagine that overlooked players like Dale Murphy would have hit over 500 homers if he had the privilege of playing in Yankee Stadium 81 games per year since he hit more than 33% of his homers to right field. It's so unfortunate that a player like Dale Murphy fails to make the MLB Hall of Fame because he played for the same team in a city (Atlanta) that is not the center of attention such as New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Please explain to me how Ted Simmons gets in over Dale Murphy. Please explain how Fred McGriff fails to make the HOF. Derek Jeter makes the HOF and wasn't even the best shortstop on the field!!! It's all politics!
I was wondering Eric if you would entertain organizing a fan-art contest? 1st place overall goes to the best homemade Altuve, Correa, or Bregman relic card 🗑🔨

thanks dude
Mays last pack....Duke next to last pack
Thanks!
Love the 1960 topps design !
I used to own these cards when they were first released. I recognize all of them.
Carrol Hardy from pack #8 is the answer to a trivia question....as the only man ever to pinch hit for Ted Williams and also to catch a touchdown pass from Y. A. Tittle in a 1955 NFL game.
The reason he pinch hit for Williams was because Ted was hurt and had to leave the game.. The question is a bit misleading.
Such sweetness to see these. Was really into baseball back then.
1960"s TOPPS now there's something you don't see everyday. Cool break.
Lots of fun just missed getting in! Great idea Jabs
Awesome product
Great idea ! Now they’re 64 years old! Let’s go Yankees!
Bobby Shantz is still kicking. He signed for me TTM last week. He goes to card shows around Philly often

Loved seeing this break. Watching it after it was over.
When you were talking about your mom’s mom throwing away her cards from the 50s/60s I felt that. ❤️
Great video Jab and proud to be a Patreon member ⚾️
Love that willie McCovey and Carl Yastrzemski rookie cards from 1960 topps
This is very nice. My dad has a Carl Yastrzemski rookie that was given to him by his dad
Very good concept. I will look forward to the next adventure
Interesting concept keep up the good work

Cool break
wow Willie Mays in the last pack but the Mantle was the awesome card of the night
I was talking about the Yaz card being sight graded by Mr. Jabs as a 2.
This was a very entertaining and creative break. 1952 Topps next? Your subs will go WAAAY up after it lands on TH-cam's home page.
What modern year pack would be equivalent to this?
What number pack was yastrzemski
Rocky Colavito should be in the hall of fame.

Ted had a special Fleer set for his final year. His last Topps card was 1958.
@@HereForAStorm Thank you.
Imagine buying a Mickey Mantle card for 5 cents. Wow!
Pretty cool!
The print spots will not knock the card down from a 6 to a 2.
willie jones they called him Puddinhead
Any Tony conigliaro rookies ???

What was the price for a pack in this break? Thanks
Ha you just answered my question in the video
I was wondering Eric if you would entertain organizing a fan-art contest? 1st place overall goes to the best homemade Altuve, Correa, or Bregman relic card 🗑🔨
Cool. How much per pack?
@Michael Snead No, they were $64
This guy is un watchable. Milwaukee Braves! Pronunciations are horrible. Be a student of the game, not just money!
