Didnt got much but there ia a difference between cold pressed qnd refined oil. What you mentioned probably is a refined oil process so better look for cold pressed oil, most of the manufacturers specify this part and ia way cheaper to process but not as much as the blended ones. So look between the fine lines of labeling and read a bit maybe
