There is a movie/doc about the brand..the brand was started i think bij een journalist.. who was researching the cacao branch and the fairtrade brands.. they were kind of shocked and wanted to make a change.. In the NL its very populair.. and it is soooo tasty.. if you ever in Amsterdam you really should check out the tonychocolony bar! Or make your combine your own chocobar at the store..
I am happy that we have this brand already in the Philippines. I gained familiarity of this brand when I was working for a Netherlands-based company. Looking forward to the other flavors!
So out of all these different combinations, I find it very difficult to pick a favourite. However, I can say that my absolute favourite of all Tony’s Chocolonely flavour combinations is Milk chocolate and Sea Salt Caramel. followed closely by the Crispy Wafer and Milk Chocolate. I love Tony’s and what they stand for. I hardly ever buy Cadbury or Nestle (though i avoid all Nestle products due their shady business practices) these days due to the fact that Tony’s is delicious and have fantastic ethics.
The chocolate sounds lovely. Supporting a brand that works to save children labourers - hopefully, some lactose-free options will be available at some point!
I couldn’t agree more about white chocolate. It’s far too sweet for me and I am a chocolate-aholic! I’ve seen these bars before but had no idea they stood for such a wonderful cause. I will be buying them now for sure!
I find white chocolate a little sickly, but love it when it's paired with something sour or salty, for example white chocolate and raspberry, or white chocolate and salted peanut
I totally agree with you! White chocolate isn't technically chocolate because it doesn't have any cocoa liquor (sp?) in it. I find both milk and white chocolate too sweet.. I'm more of a dark/semisweet chocolate girl. I love that Tony's is doing their part to correct the inequity in the chocolate industry!
I love white chocolate. Its creamy and has a unique taste. I do prefer regular chocolate though, especially dark. I eat 100% dark chocolate for a decently healthy dessert
Omg in italy the word for “nut” is “dry fruit” (not dried) and I’ve only now realized why we call it that 🤯. I feel so dumb right now but had no idea where nuts came from lol
You are very right: white chocolate is not chocolate; it's just sugar and cream. My favorite Tony's is sea salt and almond dark chocolate. Nice because it's also vegan.
Nah I don't like white chocolate, I can eat it but if I had to choose between real chocolate and white chocolate I'd choose real chocolate. White chocolate isn't even real chocolate cuz it has no coco beans LOL
No, I don't think that's what happened. They were taken off of a non-official list though. It was because the factory that produces their slave-free chocolate, also produces other chocolate that isn't fair trade.
Good video but couldn't finish. For the love of God please learn a new filler word. If I took a shot each time something was "like", I wouldn't get through a minute without liver failure!
in the Dutch supermarkets there are about 20 flavors of Tony Chocolony. so if you really want to eat them all you have to come to the Netherlands
Ok, consider it a deal!
Cho colony 👀👀👀👀
@@KrshnVisualizer choco lonely*
@@Iamtheonewhobrawls dumbass missed the joke
Thats sounds wonderful. I love toney's chocolate bars
White Chocolate is real Chocolate, because the cocoa bean is 50% cocoa and 50% cocoa butter.
Never heard of this brand but hope they are true to their word, I am happy to spend a bit more on chocolate so that farmers are paid fairly.
Yeah, I was thinking the same too. They sell it in Sainsbury’s
@@spiritualdisciple8153 I must check them out.
They’re about £3.50 for a slab bar but the chocolate is so good
They're a Dutch brand - I really love the chocolate. It's rich and super tasty. And I love the message.

Tom: *I would love to do a chocolate tasting* - whilst he’s literally doing a chocolate tasting
Personally, I don’t really like White chocolate.. it’s alright sometimes but I definitely prefer milk chocolate
We need a testing magnum flavours, the raspberry and chocolate one is 🤌🏽🤌🏽
tony’s is my FAVOURITE chocolate smth abt the packaging i love itttt
Right? It's like a real life wonka bar
Design packaging looks like its from 1800 it tatse better than hersheys for mep
White chocolate is good when done right! Some white chocolate tastes of nothing.
Edit: You should test the Lindt Excellence range!
Why was that the most accurate description of pop rocks I’ve ever heard lmaoooo
I fell in love with this chocolate last week on Christmas. I'm hooked and will get more tomorrow
Can I just say, I genuinely appreciated that fact about the almond seeds. Thanks for that!
I love how he described the popping candy as not offensive
YES
"polite"
You should try every caterpillar cake and find out which is the best
omg yess
Grackle has done it too, really fun video
Good one
Yeh that would be a good one
Congrats for the video, great to spread awareness about this issue❤️
I am happy that we have this brand already in the Philippines. I gained familiarity of this brand when I was working for a Netherlands-based company. Looking forward to the other flavors!
Their chocolate is my favorite. Love the dark milk pretzel toffee & regular milk chocolate.

Best chocolate ever, which is why I end up hating it after loving it. Please make smaller bars!
His shirt says “equality” in russian. How cute
Thank you for commenting, I was looking for what his shirt says
I love this brand for their ethics and flavour. And they do crazy flavours which are absolutely delicious🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
With you Tom, white chocolate is too sweet, my sister's favourite chocolate but not mine at all, a square sure but too much it's just too sweet
Iconic! I love the way he describes everything
The chocolate sounds lovely. Supporting a brand that works to save children labourers - hopefully, some lactose-free options will be available at some point!
There are! All the dark chocolate ones are vegan. Love the almond and sea salt one
Love how big these chocolate bars are
I LIVE FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE
This is amazing chocolate. I love it and I don't regret any money spent on this.
i see this brand all the time but i’ve never tried them before, i will be now though 😋
its very mediocre chocolate tbh
@@white_clover767 I disagree

In the US we've got a crisp version as well, like the Nestle Crunch bar. But there are some in this video I haven't seen in the US!
Love this chocolate but it tastes pretty similar to a yorkie if anyone’s curious. They sell it at £3.50 for Sainsbury’s as far as I’m aware.
Yeah it does taste like that
I'd say it's better thannn Yorkie though.
Test Everything & Anything you like, Tom, please & thank you
Also Tony's Chocolonley is such a luxe treat, worth the splurge whichever you choose
every Cadburys dairy milk flavour please
or galaxy
Whole Foods quit (?) carrying plain milk choc flavor, so I had to go with 4 milk chocolates with add-ins. I think I like the plain milk the best.🍫♥
This is by far my favorite chocolate 🍫
I couldn’t agree more about white chocolate. It’s far too sweet for me and I am a chocolate-aholic! I’ve seen these bars before but had no idea they stood for such a wonderful cause. I will be buying them now for sure!
I find white chocolate a little sickly, but love it when it's paired with something sour or salty, for example white chocolate and raspberry, or white chocolate and salted peanut
White chocolate is 60% sugar, 25% cacao and the rest milk and other bits. That probably explains the sickliness.
You can melt the white chocolate and make peanut cranberry rocks with them.
love white chocolate

YUM now I NEED this chocolate
I love white chocolate. Its creamy and has a unique taste. I do prefer regular chocolate though, especially dark. I eat 100% dark chocolate for a decently healthy dessert
LOVE Tony's but they're 7$ a bar where I live in the US but for a good cause
'limited edish' please never say that again
Nederlanders waar zijn jullie????
Love this
You do release there's a lot of lead in this chocolate. More than the recommended amount
Where can we get this chocolate?
Sainsbury's.
they have a website too!
Waitrose also has them!
I get mine from sainsburys
I think Waitrose stock it. They have it at some local delis near me too.
I always see this chocolate on getir, might have to cop 👀
IMHO, dark chocolate is the best. So, for me, white chocolate is fake chocolate.
Yes I do and I love white chocolate specially the new one of Cadbury with caramel
Caramel sea salt is my favourite 😍😍
Have you done a trying all flavours of Pringles taste test???? If not please do one 💖
Personaly white chocolate is very good still but i personaly prefer others because you get fast flavour fatique
I thought they were like some corner shop brand but I've only ever seen them if I went to Waitrose
The chocolate is very good , but the way the chocolate is portioned out with unequal weird pieces is so annoying
Omg in italy the word for “nut” is “dry fruit” (not dried) and I’ve only now realized why we call it that 🤯. I feel so dumb right now but had no idea where nuts came from lol
Have I, an uncultured American, heard of this brand? No. Will I watch this? You betcha.
I am still so jealous that the US get exclusive flavours that we can't in the UK!
You are very right: white chocolate is not chocolate; it's just sugar and cream. My favorite Tony's is sea salt and almond dark chocolate. Nice because it's also vegan.
By cream do you mean cocoa butter? Cause that's why it's called white chocolate. It just doesn't contain cocoa solids
So I do like white chocolate because it just taste better like more creamy and more packed with flavor and that's why I like white chocolate
yeay TOMMYYY
I love white chocolate as it's sweeter than rich dark chocolate.
I tried Tony’s chocolate but I didn’t think it was anything special
Ooo maybe you could compare a single flavour of chocolate bar, like dark or chocolate orange, or classic milk
hands down best chocolate is whittakers from new zealand
Need to try these
I just bought Milk Chocolate with Hazelnut.. So you def havent tried them all
Omg my favorite chocolate and my favorite boy ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍
Difference between wanting to end slavery and actually use slave free ingredients
I love Tony's! my favorite chocolate
Lol i know ynzo, he gave a few of my classes during my minor
You need to try all the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream
Completely agree with you white Chocolate IS too sweet and isn't even chocolate so what's the point?!
The only white chocolate I’ll eat is a white choc Reese’s cup 🤤 other than that I’m not overly fussed about it
I don’t like chocolate but I loved this video
I almost lost my taste for chocolate when I ate like 10 bars in a row at Easter
Don't like white chocolate, too sweet and rich enough for my taste...but I mean I am more of a dark chocolate person so it's probably just me
You have chocolate on your forehead
Ugh i hate white chocolate...toooo sweet in an icky way
Omg i love white chocolate😍
No you are not alone, white chocolate and fake maple syrup are for monsters.
I'm with you, not a fan of white chocolate
I don’t like white chocolate or hazelnut
I only buy Tony’s sinds there cause
They’re not ethical anymore unfortunately they were removed from the lists.
N you now have diabeeeeeetus
tom has superior tastebuds, white chocolate is disgusting
Nah I don't like white chocolate, I can eat it but if I had to choose between real chocolate and white chocolate I'd choose real chocolate. White chocolate isn't even real chocolate cuz it has no coco beans LOL
What does the Cyrillic on his T-shirt say, anyone?
equality
I hate white chocolate. It's not even chocolate...
I can read the Cyrillic but I have no idea what “ravnopraviye” means lol
I would not trust this guy for any opinion tbh 😅
I got their raspberry pop from a Russian guys small business and it was goated 😊
white chocolate is not chocolate!!!!
No I hate white chocolate
White chocolate is NOT chocolate..its sugar
Weren't they sued for not actually being slavery free a while ago? The chocolate's still good though.
No, I don't think that's what happened. They were taken off of a non-official list though. It was because the factory that produces their slave-free chocolate, also produces other chocolate that isn't fair trade.
