I’ve been following these recorded Court cases and especially this judge for a few months now. In pretty much every case he asks the same question to the lawyers. Timeline of events and under which rule book any decisions of appointment or so were taken. Even I understood that this judge requires (rightfully expected) these two things even though me being an engineer but the lawyers in that court keep doing the same mistakes again and again. Even I would get frustrated like the judge when the lawyers don’t know How to collate and present the case arguments backed by proper evidence.
IN MY VIEW/ Why do the attorneys continue being unprepared litigating for their client(s) Could it be the attorneys are not trained properly in law schools. That problem is fixable if that is the case. It is a moral duty to defend and judge with knowledge involving any recipient. Great possibilities are available. All we have to do is put one foot in front of the other and MAKE that difference.
@@carolynthornton8017 see I don’t buy the training issue so much. Nowadays when Court proceeding recordings are available it should be even more easy for legal students and advocates to understand and train themselves. I think in todays day and age we need to be proactive than reactive to succeed.
The judge,s question is very precise and the lawyer just keeps saying "my Lord " It's shameful that these lawyers come unprepared and it's obivious that they will loose any case they debate on for 💯
IN MY VIEW At first I thought the judge was harsh telling the Director “You don’t know anything.” But as I watched and listened to this case I found the judge to be correct. The three men before the judge were shamefully unprepared and inadequate to present their case. I understand why the judge was frustrated.
The hon’ble judge is very efficient and likes no lapses from the officials. We all need to understand he is working for the welfare of the common people. A common man can’t ask question to officials but the judges have been given power for the same reason.
If all head of government departments, like chief officer of municipal council, president and such other, behave strickly like this judge, then efficiency will increase, corruption will decrease.
Such useless fellows holding position are not only irritate judiciary even public who can not opposed. Only problem is no work will be done unless we corrupt

Its really surprising that organisation does not have any document indicate the competency and procedure of recruitment. Or yeh wakil maharaj faltu ka argument judge sb se kar rahe han.
I am sad to see such incompetent Director who has no knowledge of his department as well as incompetent Advocates. This is the reason for pending cases in courts.

Lol, criteria is mentioned in the rules itself. Rules has got the legal backing that's why judge was asking for show me any guidelines, rules or anything related to that
What a pity!!! Both the respondent and his counsel are sailing in the same boat. It is observed from similar videos that most of the departmental officers and their counsels are unable to answer the honourable courts’ questions. Periodical refresher courses need to be conducted in administration including disciplinary proceedings. This inefficiency results in avoidable adjournments and wastage of tome.
The unnecessary repetition of the words milord, milord is mostly due to lack of subject as well as fluency in conveying the idea. Though judicious use of such words add to the beauty of the argument, it’s indiscriminate use causes irritation to the listeners.
If rather focusing on mylord mylord focusing on the case argument would have helped the judge and also the client. C'mon!! It's painful to see such arguments.
Both the lawyers seems quite aged. It looks like they have plenty of experience however, Still missing the basics 😂 Guidelines or policies are first reference point to drive recruitment/Promotion/Exits. They are arguing in the court 😂😂 This is hilarious 😂😂 I feel they were not able to comprehend what Judge is asking!!
The repetition of such word occurs firstly when the counsels are not thorough with the subject matter, and secondly when they lack fluency in communication.
1) Why can't they speak in language they are comfortable in. Very irritating to see this video. 2) if it's a long pending case why can't they come up with activities, time lines, orders etc., Tabulated for quick reference. 3) Why can't someone from court screen documents for correctness and highlight missing documents. Discussing missed info in court is waste of time.
Judge" How does an induction motor start"
Lawyer: "aahaehuhehuhahauahaahuaha"
The advocate of bihar state government is more unfit than the bogus director. what a state?

I think by seeinh these videos we as clients have to take all relevant documents and tell these advocates to submit .

Both counsel and director are promoted without merit. Rejervejan effect. See the director, he is fit to be clerk. Counsel is fit to be peon

let the director speak, he has relevant information about appointments.
why must the judge be so bookish
Because courts doesn’t work on words but on evidence in case of administrative cases.
I wonder what a judge from a subordinate judiciary will do when apex court found fault with his judgements
