I have saw of couple of your vids. Have you taken the actual power button into consideration?

You spent a lot of effort making this video. You were probably killing time while waiting for the vendor to call you back. Please follow up when the issue is resolved.

After switching out the control board, motherboard and BLE board, it was still having battery voltage issues. I ended up sending it back to EUCO for one of the three Rs: repair, replace or refund. Still waiting on how that will turn out.
