The Highest Succubus I got was 48%. I mutated her and got 50% and she gets great stygian shards. I recommend taking down a bunch to get refreshed enemy spawns for higher quality. Though i do believe they are rarer high blood type spawns by default
They almost always seem to be in the teens, rarely do I see one in the 20's. That said they are kill on sight to try and make more rare bloods appear. One day the dream of the succubus with a red aura will spawn, and I will find her! Who we kidding, never gonna see it, but it's okay to have a goal hah.
