The Old Man Rising: Episode 21 - Pain Named Adam

Down to the last 3 big baddies. If they're anything like the previous one's we got this already in the bag. We'll start off with this guy named Adam in the northeast corner of the map, he should be easy enough...!

Adam: "oh, you got me...wait...what's that...ha ha, surprise mf'er!"
I see what you meant by hitting a wall, or rather, the wall hit you. That hit box on Adam's grab move seems a little wonky. Sometimes it seemed like he grabbed you from 10 feet away, and other times, he missed completely when you were right next to him. I'm still a little ways off from facing him (just took down Azariel the last time I played), but I'm already not looking forward to that fight.

I think the strat is to either stay closer to him and learn the signs of his melee proximity attacks or to keep the distance and bait the grab saving dash for those times. It seems the late fights in this game are 50% watching the boss as carefully as you can while 50% saving dash for the right time. Adam's just tough to watch the boss and handle the perimeter things. I recruit Jokestir to finally get him, but I'm going back to solo him off series now.
