There are many luxury shops and hotel in Vietnam but why is it so quiet?
I swear I've never seen this area before, so so nice. DN is a small town booming into a city, they don't need to protect anything. 2000 Danang had 25 French buildings remaining, now only 10 left: The Cathedral, Cham museum, school, some private houses and Town Hall, renovated into DN museum. The oldest thing in DN is the small Vaulban fortress Thành Điện Hải with 11 ancient canons from the Nguyen Dynasty, located under the cucumber shape office tower.
I think 2 Holiday Subway entrances are underground passes to the hotel, they have this and bridges at hotels in Nha Trang, Vung Tau beaches for guests to cross the street. But Danang is planning subways since 2021, they're calling for investment on 2 subway lines, 11 LRT lines, and 3 LRT tourist lines, I give this 10-15yrs .......

Can’t believe no traffic lights in a beach area. Da Nang was a big area for American troops back in the war days. Seems so long ago.
No traffic lights seem to be the norm in Vietnam
The two buildings @33:00 what does it mean that one of them has no plants on the outside and the other is completely covered with plants, even so much they would block the view for the tenants? Is one building not used or occupied, so the plants grow out of control, or some other explanation? Very odd.

If anyone ever needs a good reason for electric motor scooters to supplant gas powered scooters, all they need to do is talk a walk or watch a vid of an area like this, or anywhere in Vietnam I guess. Sooooo noisy!!
You know how communist state works? Some high ranking party members do have share of gas station chains across the country. Years ago, there was a city official he attempted to clear off the sidewalk hawkers, motorcycle parking etc....After one week he was forced to stop and was relieved from his position.
