Hi Amyls64, THanks for watching. The base price of the 2 bedroom Contour on the website currently shows $397,990. Now that does not include the lot price and the options. They are selling lots via a bid process and also releasing lots with set prices and...releasing feature homes with the lot and options chosen and selling at a set price or a bid process. It changes monthly with the releases.

Hi Amyls64,
Yes, I am a Realtor with a certification of New Home Sales Expert and a 38 year life in the area. A CDD is a fee or tax for the Community Development District. THis is how the builder pays for the infrastructure, roads, sewer, lights, etc. for the development. Most new home communities have this added tax but Beachwalk does not.
