Hi Maggie, I meant that the are of North Englewood is not an incorporated city. So services are provided by the county unlike Venice city or Sarasota city. There are plenty of grocery stores in the area. There are farmers markets and fruit stands in the area.

Half in Sarasota County, half in Charlotte County. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart.

For north Englewood the lower price point will start in the mid-200s (for purchasing), and for renting about $1,700/month.
