This cake is a strawberry roll cake that is eye catching.
Recently, I was impressed with @mioka24's roll cake on Instagram, and I wanted to try making one too.
However, I made the cake recipe on my own.
Strawberries were inserted in mascarpone whipped cream.
The outside was rolled up with strawberry jelly, so if you take a bite, the strawberry flavor comes out.
It's not as difficult as you think. Enjoy the video till the end and try making it once,
I think it will be a huge hit. ^^

65g water + 13g powdered gelatin
165g hot water
60g sugar
6g Kirche (cherry liqueur)
3mm thick sliced strawberries as needed
♥︎ Roll Cake Sheet (25 x 25 cm)
70g egg yolks
15g sugar
85g egg whites + 43g sugar
40g cake flour
20g milk
11g melted butter

80g mascarpone cheese
10g sugar
45g condensed milk
230g chilled heavy cream
2g vanilla bean paste

트루비용 아닌거 알지만 어릴때 도레미 트루비용 보면서 상상한게 딱 이런 느낌이었어요.. 반짝거리면서도 투명한 딸기빛의 케이크.. 완전 그림같음

그 돔 모양 케이크 말이죠... 비주얼 쇼크였는데 ㅎㅎ
디테일 장인이시네 진짜 가끔씩 이런 베이커리 영상 보는데 와 귀찮겠다 싶었던 작업들을 거의 다 추가해서 작업하시는 듯
완성된 롤케익도 너무 예쁘고 맛있어보이지만 영상이랑 음악이 차분해서 평온해서 너무 좋네요 ㅠㅠ
I always find it difficult trying to sleep despite having chronic fatigue and these videos are so incredibly calming, I’m always falling asleep straight after, I love it so much

Repetition is key to mastery ;).
i generally dont like jelly, lots of cream, or cakes with fruit, but Joconde has managed to master the ways of baking so well that i would actually eat this. it is a combination of my 3 least favourite things in caked (but i do love sponge cake) and it looks really delicious to me. good job. i would like this video multiple times but as that is impossible i will just share this video with my friends.

I genuinely don't know why this video catch my attention since I usually don't watch baking videos, but i watched it and loved every second of it. Specially the final part where the music started playing on low volume and gradually becoming more intense when assembling the cake. I can only imagine how much work you put on this video, but keep it up with the good content!

I'm much more a function over form guy, so I could never really get into cake decorations, but this video's stellar.
I'll probably never make it, but something about the way it's shot is so calming and also just very satisfying.
Except for the rolling parts. I've screwed those kinds of biscuit rolls up too many times to not feel incredibly anxious seeing that.
