No, that's actually a good theory. Benjamin is the first prince, we have no idea how old he is so he could be over 40. Halkenburg is one of the youngest princes, and his mother is Duazul. He is supposed to have 0 blood relation to Unma, yet he looks exactly like her and Benjamin. Unless he's Unma's son and just got misplaced at birth for Duazul's son somehow, the resemblance doesn't make sense whatsoever. Benjamin being his father makes more sense than him just accidentally being misplaced for Duazul's son.
If Balsamilco might failed in his assassination of Halkenburg which is highly likely, there is a chance that he dies in the process and that leaves Benjamin without a proper guide who can reign him in, so if that happens, Benjamin will make rash decisions and may try to do a military takeover leading to his own downfall.
I saw another youtuber (ExtraOtter) talking about a really good point about Tseri being Beyond's child. He has those childhood friends that are a sub-sub-subplot in this whole arc, but if he is a Netero, then it makes sense to focus a bit on that group as some or all of them might be Beyond's spies, planted for years to watch the 4th Prince. And now we can see a lot of random characters having the same possibility of being Beyond's children or spies for the children.

If I was to guess Beyond Netero is 90 to 100 years old maybe a little bit older and Netero is about 180 to 200 years when he died. Beyond is a patient man and clearly been working on this plan for a while so he got be older then 50 at the very least.

Theory time: Balsamilco tried to use that weapon to kill Halkenburg. But, as we know, Halkenburg is now been hold in the vvip area, waiting for trial, he is away from his guards. Halkenburg's ability needs the aura and the soul of one of his soldiers/guards, but at this moment Halkenburg already mastery his ability to the point that he can shoot his own soul if he doesn't have any of his guards around. So, Halkenburg shoot himself into Balsamilco's body, and that's why his own body collapsy, because his soul is now in Balsamilco. And you know what Halkenburg will do using Balsamilco's body, right?!. When Balsamilco gets killed, Halkenburg's soul will returne to his real body. Pretty broken (that's if I'm correct in this theory). My guess, after this chapter, is that Benjamin's will use martial law when he loses his right hand man, Balsamilco.

Halenburg either overused his ability and is now exhausted like Kurapika, or he has switched his own body with someone and is going to have a giant twist when someone kills him and he switches with another prince.
If you read the last page of the chapter they discuss Halkenburg falling ill, not dying. Fugetsu is going to sick bay to get checked out, meanwhile Melody questions Luzurus. Nobody is associating the weapon Basalmico has. The panel says it infects people withing a certain radius. I think this may put Fugetsu and Luzurus in a dangerous situation by proximity. Let's see if I'm right.
The parent swap theory also makes more sense regarding Tserriednich. He could have been told lies regarding how another queen "treated" him and instilling his distrust towards women at a very young age.
I thought they might've been mistaken thinking Halkenburg collapsed and actually its a member of his squad, but because their aura combines it was perceived as Halkenburg.

What if part of the conditions for the curses to activate is that someone unrelated to Beyonds plan has to discover there is curses and a plan, but when they do it clears that condition and maybe Beyond set it up as a restriction to boost the curse but everything is so convoluted on the black whale Beyond bet on the fact they wouldnt figure it out in time to be of any consequence to himself and his plan.
The 2nd queen adoption theory also tracks because it’s kinda weird for her to keep having kids when after the first 1 she knows they have to participate in the contest (and her first child is the only one with a clear resemblance to her besides hair colour). Now she may simply have not had a choice whether she could stop having kids (which is messed up) or she could of adopted the first queens rejects because she believes even the succession war is better alternative then being cast down in the underworld.
With respect to Halkenburg's assassination: Imagine the scenes if there is a body transfer and due to some shenanigans Balsamilco is in Halkenburg's body(and he is able to retain his consciousness) and Kaiser/Fuugetsu delivers the letter to him, believing that he is Halkenburg.
I think something far more interesting is that Balsamico is going to deliver a lethal poisonous gas to him that would disintegrate his body. If the swap has taken place, then Balsamico came to attack Halkenburg and might've been successful before being hit with the arrow. Meaning, Halkenburg might actually be stuck in Balsamico's body since his original body has already decomposed due to the gas.
Yet another layer to the "Royal Bastard" plot lines! First the Mafia Family Dons and then Beyond fathering children with Nasubi’s wives, it would be VERY Togashi to add a third suspect. Rather than Unma being the secret mother of Halkenburg, I think Duazel had affairs with Brocco AND Benjamin. Looking at Princes 1 / 5 / 9 have similarly patriotic motivations, have legal/moral/structured minds, and their Hatsu have similar focuses on collaborating with those in their circle. The idea of Benjamin having an affair (?) with one of his father’s wives would explain the likeness he has to Halk + Tubeppa, and would add context to Duazel’s refusal of Camilla in Ch. 366.
Random theory but if the eye is similar on the curse and the nen beast of halkenberg then maybe it’s connected on a different way. Maybe the different curses have different eyes to match with their target. So it could be hinting that halkenberg is the target of longhis curse.
My theory about the connection with Beyond and Halkenburg is that i dont think he is necessarily one of Beyond's children, but that he *is* Beyond's favored choice to win the succession war because he may attempt to abolish the monarchy, potentially giving Beyond (who i believe to be an illegitimate Kakin royal who was marked and outcasted, who simply lied about the scars on his face coming from the dark continent voyage), so that he may then have a shot at ruling the empire, therefore allowing him complete freedom to full power of Kakin behind his Dark Continent expedition
Could see the situation playing out in a lot of ways but I’m thinking that Halkenburg’s nen beast is related to the Netero curse. Halkenburg is Beyond’s son, and his nen beast conjured itself to protect Halkenburg from the curse

Here’s what I’m currently thinking in terms of the potentially convoluted mess of the prince’s parentages (based on what I have seen both you and others speculate): - Benjamin is Nasubi's firstborn child, whom he had with Unma. No change there. I don’t believe he is Beyond’s child based on his presumed older age and due to Longhi seeming to not consider it either. - Nasubi then had Camila with Duazul. I definitely think Duazul is Camila’s biological mother. - Nasubi’s third wife, Tang, had an affair with his half-brother, Onior (mafia boss vying for direct political power by placing a blood-child on the throne), and birthed Zhang Lei. - This is where things start to get messy-based on the idea you presented of a baby swap… Unma and Duazul both became pregnant around the same time. Duazul's child was sired by Beyond Netero as part of his larger scheme (though I can very well see Tserreidnich not being Beyond’s child, just for the sake of this current theory, we’ll say he is). Unma had a daughter, Tubeppa, whom she did not believe would be worth grooming for the succession war, as she was female. Knowing of Duazul's infidelity, she blackmailed Duazul into switching infants, and thus adopted Duazul's biological son with Beyond (Tserreidnich). (Side idea: Part of why Tubeppa presents so masculine now is because she has a complex surrounding femininity, due to her biological mother’s rejection. This is also probably complete BS though lol. As far as we’re currently aware, Tubeppa seems pretty comfortable with herself. I’m just presenting baseless speculation for possibilities that could be interesting). - Nasubi went on to have a child with Katrono-Prince Tyson. Then, another one of his half-brothers (Brocco Li) followed suit with planting a prince, conceiving Luzurus with Duazul* (more notes on this idea below). - Nasubi then had Salé-Salé with Swinko-swinko. - MORE VERY SPECULATIVE STUFF based on an interesting idea I saw someone else propose. Instead of Unma being Halkenburg’s mother, Prince Benjamin had an affair with Duazul, which produced Halkenburg. This time, Unma never threatened exposing Duazul, as it would reflect very badly on her prized child as well, if the truth got out* (more notes on this idea below). - Nasubi then had Kacho & Fugetsu with Seiko, Momoze & Maryam with Sevanti, and Woble with Oito. I think the younger prince’s parentage are probably as presented. * This theory assumes Duazul would cheat twice more after bearing Beyond's child and being blackmailed into giving the child up by Unma. It is possible that Luzurus is not her biological child in the first place either, and she adopted him out of guilt for her previous deception (perhaps she got pregnant by Nasubi again around this time, but lost the child, and thus did not want to be a failure to him. So she took the opportunity presented by Brocco Li and took in his son, despite it obviously being part of a plot for the mafia to get closer to the throne. That is more pure speculation). *As for the proposed Benjamin and Duazul affair, she could have been pressured into sleeping with him (remembering that Unma has blackmail on Duazul already, and thus holds power over her), so Unma's line would have another pawn in the succession war (if this was part of a plot by Unma and Benjamin, Unma would still not wish to disclose it to anyone). Perhaps at this point, as the very first queen, Unma was too old to bear another child herself, so she sought using another queen to do it-and Duazul was most convenient because she was already blackmailing her (also worth noting that due to Queen rankings (seniority being equated with influence), Unma's really the only one who COULD hold this kind of power over her). The only thing about this is Unma already has two strong candidates for the throne (Benjamin and Tserreidnich), so she doesn’t exactly need another (unless she really wanted another that was directly related to her, if we’re assuming she adopted Tserreidnich). It would still be possible that Benjamin and Duazul had an affair completely without Unma’s knowledge (though whether it was out of genuine attraction, or more political moves, is anyone’s guess). Though the queens may not know this, I believe Nasubi is aware of all the children who are not his direct spawn, but it does not matter to him. He only requires that they be players in the succession war for some greater purpose. (Besides, all of them aside from Beyond's potential child would still be related to him in one way or another, as the children of his half-brothers and eldest son). Even if that weren't the case, it wouldn't matter as long as they are the child of his lawful wife. That makes Luzurus a bit contentious if he isn't also Duazul's biological son, but it's equally possible that he is. Either that or the succession war recognizes adoption as legitimizing family ties, but if that were the case the question of whether one of the princes is Beyond's child wouldn't really matter in terms of the succession war's rules either, as long as a queen recognizes Beyond’s child as their own.
Why everyone thinks Beyonds child is Hallkenburg or Tserrinich? Just look to the princes that have black hair, Marayam, Fuugetsu and Tyson. I think Marayam is Beyond’s child just remember in the introduction his mom preferred to send all guards to Marayam instead of Momoze. She’s putting all the eggs in the basket with her youngest son, why? Because the 13th prince has Beyond as an ally. Don’t be surprise when you see random people helping Biscuit and Hanzo.
I can’t wait to see how the queens come in to play during the ritual. And Beyond was definitely alive for atleast 1 previous succession I like to think hes trying to start a nation where he’s a god. Then as god he just sends his nation to their death when he demands all the strong people follow him to the dark continent😂

If you read the last page of the chapter they discuss Halkenburg falling ill, not dying. Fugetsu is going to sick bay to get checked out, meanwhile Melody questions Luzurus. Nobody is associating the weapon Basalmico has.
The panel says it infects people withing a certain radius. I think this may put Fugetsu and Luzurus in a dangerous situation by proximity. Let's see if I'm right.

The parent swap theory also makes more sense regarding Tserriednich. He could have been told lies regarding how another queen "treated" him and instilling his distrust towards women at a very young age.
I thought they might've been mistaken thinking Halkenburg collapsed and actually its a member of his squad, but because their aura combines it was perceived as Halkenburg.
Imagine Halkenburg in Benjamins body, with potentially two nen beasts and control over his entire army and still with possession arrow up his sleeve. Could be crazy.

What if part of the conditions for the curses to activate is that someone unrelated to Beyonds plan has to discover there is curses and a plan, but when they do it clears that condition and maybe Beyond set it up as a restriction to boost the curse but everything is so convoluted on the black whale Beyond bet on the fact they wouldnt figure it out in time to be of any consequence to himself and his plan.
The 2nd queen adoption theory also tracks because it’s kinda weird for her to keep having kids when after the first 1 she knows they have to participate in the contest (and her first child is the only one with a clear resemblance to her besides hair colour).
Now she may simply have not had a choice whether she could stop having kids (which is messed up) or she could of adopted the first queens rejects because she believes even the succession war is better alternative then being cast down in the underworld.
I don’t think halkenburg took over Balsamilco body, I think he’s way to competent of a character to be off screened.
With respect to Halkenburg's assassination: Imagine the scenes if there is a body transfer and due to some shenanigans Balsamilco is in Halkenburg's body(and he is able to retain his consciousness) and Kaiser/Fuugetsu delivers the letter to him, believing that he is Halkenburg.
I think something far more interesting is that Balsamico is going to deliver a lethal poisonous gas to him that would disintegrate his body. If the swap has taken place, then Balsamico came to attack Halkenburg and might've been successful before being hit with the arrow. Meaning, Halkenburg might actually be stuck in Balsamico's body since his original body has already decomposed due to the gas.

Togashi is a wild card, he can give the most basic and dry of reveals, or one of the best reveals in the history of Manga. There is no in-between.
Plot twist: Halkenberg is an "unappetizing sacrifice"
Yet another layer to the "Royal Bastard" plot lines! First the Mafia Family Dons and then Beyond fathering children with Nasubi’s wives, it would be VERY Togashi to add a third suspect. Rather than Unma being the secret mother of Halkenburg, I think Duazel had affairs with Brocco AND Benjamin. Looking at Princes 1 / 5 / 9 have similarly patriotic motivations, have legal/moral/structured minds, and their Hatsu have similar focuses on collaborating with those in their circle. The idea of Benjamin having an affair (?) with one of his father’s wives would explain the likeness he has to Halk + Tubeppa, and would add context to Duazel’s refusal of Camilla in Ch. 366.
Random theory but if the eye is similar on the curse and the nen beast of halkenberg then maybe it’s connected on a different way. Maybe the different curses have different eyes to match with their target. So it could be hinting that halkenberg is the target of longhis curse.

My theory about the connection with Beyond and Halkenburg is that i dont think he is necessarily one of Beyond's children, but that he *is* Beyond's favored choice to win the succession war because he may attempt to abolish the monarchy, potentially giving Beyond (who i believe to be an illegitimate Kakin royal who was marked and outcasted, who simply lied about the scars on his face coming from the dark continent voyage), so that he may then have a shot at ruling the empire, therefore allowing him complete freedom to full power of Kakin behind his Dark Continent expedition
Could see the situation playing out in a lot of ways but I’m thinking that Halkenburg’s nen beast is related to the Netero curse. Halkenburg is Beyond’s son, and his nen beast conjured itself to protect Halkenburg from the curse

What are the odds that everyone kills themselves but the fourth prince finds out about the dark continent and loses interest in the succession contest and leaves without dying (because he is that powerful) leaving Baby Wobel to inherit the crown which turns out he is Beyond's grandchild.

Here’s what I’m currently thinking in terms of the potentially convoluted mess of the prince’s parentages (based on what I have seen both you and others speculate):
- Benjamin is Nasubi's firstborn child, whom he had with Unma. No change there. I don’t believe he is Beyond’s child based on his presumed older age and due to Longhi seeming to not consider it either.
- Nasubi then had Camila with Duazul. I definitely think Duazul is Camila’s biological mother.
- Nasubi’s third wife, Tang, had an affair with his half-brother, Onior (mafia boss vying for direct political power by placing a blood-child on the throne), and birthed Zhang Lei.
- This is where things start to get messy-based on the idea you presented of a baby swap… Unma and Duazul both became pregnant around the same time. Duazul's child was sired by Beyond Netero as part of his larger scheme (though I can very well see Tserreidnich not being Beyond’s child, just for the sake of this current theory, we’ll say he is). Unma had a daughter, Tubeppa, whom she did not believe would be worth grooming for the succession war, as she was female. Knowing of Duazul's infidelity, she blackmailed Duazul into switching infants, and thus adopted Duazul's biological son with Beyond (Tserreidnich). (Side idea: Part of why Tubeppa presents so masculine now is because she has a complex surrounding femininity, due to her biological mother’s rejection. This is also probably complete BS though lol. As far as we’re currently aware, Tubeppa seems pretty comfortable with herself. I’m just presenting baseless speculation for possibilities that could be interesting).
- Nasubi went on to have a child with Katrono-Prince Tyson. Then, another one of his half-brothers (Brocco Li) followed suit with planting a prince, conceiving Luzurus with Duazul* (more notes on this idea below).
- Nasubi then had Salé-Salé with Swinko-swinko.
- MORE VERY SPECULATIVE STUFF based on an interesting idea I saw someone else propose. Instead of Unma being Halkenburg’s mother, Prince Benjamin had an affair with Duazul, which produced Halkenburg. This time, Unma never threatened exposing Duazul, as it would reflect very badly on her prized child as well, if the truth got out* (more notes on this idea below).
- Nasubi then had Kacho & Fugetsu with Seiko, Momoze & Maryam with Sevanti, and Woble with Oito. I think the younger prince’s parentage are probably as presented.
* This theory assumes Duazul would cheat twice more after bearing Beyond's child and being blackmailed into giving the child up by Unma. It is possible that Luzurus is not her biological child in the first place either, and she adopted him out of guilt for her previous deception (perhaps she got pregnant by Nasubi again around this time, but lost the child, and thus did not want to be a failure to him. So she took the opportunity presented by Brocco Li and took in his son, despite it obviously being part of a plot for the mafia to get closer to the throne. That is more pure speculation).
*As for the proposed Benjamin and Duazul affair, she could have been pressured into sleeping with him (remembering that Unma has blackmail on Duazul already, and thus holds power over her), so Unma's line would have another pawn in the succession war (if this was part of a plot by Unma and Benjamin, Unma would still not wish to disclose it to anyone). Perhaps at this point, as the very first queen, Unma was too old to bear another child herself, so she sought using another queen to do it-and Duazul was most convenient because she was already blackmailing her (also worth noting that due to Queen rankings (seniority being equated with influence), Unma's really the only one who COULD hold this kind of power over her). The only thing about this is Unma already has two strong candidates for the throne (Benjamin and Tserreidnich), so she doesn’t exactly need another (unless she really wanted another that was directly related to her, if we’re assuming she adopted Tserreidnich). It would still be possible that Benjamin and Duazul had an affair completely without Unma’s knowledge (though whether it was out of genuine attraction, or more political moves, is anyone’s guess).
Though the queens may not know this, I believe Nasubi is aware of all the children who are not his direct spawn, but it does not matter to him. He only requires that they be players in the succession war for some greater purpose. (Besides, all of them aside from Beyond's potential child would still be related to him in one way or another, as the children of his half-brothers and eldest son). Even if that weren't the case, it wouldn't matter as long as they are the child of his lawful wife. That makes Luzurus a bit contentious if he isn't also Duazul's biological son, but it's equally possible that he is. Either that or the succession war recognizes adoption as legitimizing family ties, but if that were the case the question of whether one of the princes is Beyond's child wouldn't really matter in terms of the succession war's rules either, as long as a queen recognizes Beyond’s child as their own.
Why everyone thinks Beyonds child is Hallkenburg or Tserrinich? Just look to the princes that have black hair, Marayam, Fuugetsu and Tyson. I think Marayam is Beyond’s child just remember in the introduction his mom preferred to send all guards to Marayam instead of Momoze. She’s putting all the eggs in the basket with her youngest son, why? Because the 13th prince has Beyond as an ally. Don’t be surprise when you see random people helping Biscuit and Hanzo.
