In this video I am surrounded by the pristine waters of the Arabian gulf. We’re on the western crescent of the Palm Jumeirah at the W Residences.
This beachfront paradise project sits right next to the W hotel and consists of is 104 unique homes spread over eight floors with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai’s iconic skyline and the Dubai Marina.
This 4 penthouse is just a touch over 9,000 SqFt and comes with 5 bathrooms and a cinema.
Throughout this entire pad we have a ceiling hight just a touch under 3m.
Notice the huge slabs of Spanish Dection stone throughout the main lounge and kitchen area.
I love the way the have separated the formal dining and kitchen with a stunning suede bar.
The lounge in this place is enormous! Just perfect for hosting parties. If your living here your I’m sure your going to be know for your champagne spray house parties.

Bulthaup have Combined engineering skill with aesthetics, and created a kitchen that not only looks insanely beautiful but also offers long-term functionality and design.
Light Engineered oak wood flooring gives the bedrooms a touch of warmth. Still we have the high ceilings throughout now let’s go straight in with the master suite.
This is a real master-suite by every anyone’s standards. For me the best park of this entire property is in here. The poliform walk in waredrobe for sure A level of craftsmanship very hard to find elsewhere in this city.
Duravit used throughout all the bathrooms just super high level attention to detail. Look how they have sunk the sink bsins into this block of gray wave marble.
The colour schemes match perfectly with the flooring and the endless see vista beyond these windows.
