Harley RG rider here. The stock suspension comment is true, but including Indian is wrong. Those things ride so much better than anything else its crazy. They almost had me before buying my last bike, but I think there's too much tech and stuff you cannot work on those bikes. That said, if our Harleys had their suspension, they'd be perfect.

Ive been running Wilber’s for a year now on a ‘22 RG. Awesome! I live in the foothills of the smokies and it sticks in the corners beautifully. Long rides are very comfortable, even my wife says so and that’s all that matters.
Having a set installed next month,,,can’t wait

Ok, a lot of positive reviews. I installed Wilbers Nivomat on my 23 RG Special, maybe I was expecting too much with all the hype. You still feel bumps but they absorb they jolt much better than stock. Are they worth it? For me 1 up no, 2 up with my wife, yes.
Nice setup for a great project suspension…a little pricey…but worth the investment perhaps… on a separate note if I put on rinehart dual slims 4.5 with the Dbx baffles it comes with from headers back along with the Harley tuner, what cam would you suggest to go with that and could I get away without putting lifters and an oil sump etc…ie just a cam?

anything aftermarket is better than stock HD .... I have super shox extremely happy they made for my weight and riding stile ...
watch it how you insert the springs... the orientation is crucial

Only negative is back wilbers nivomat adjusting suspension is not serviceable.

I would love to ride a bike that has Wilbers on it. Does Wilbers have a warrantee? I have Legends suspension on my 2019 street glide special. A couple of yrs ago one of the rear shocks failed. I rode to Sturgis (Their H.Q.) and they replaced both rear shocks for free. I was very impressed.

My factory suspension works awesome in my opinion…lol I was doing over 90 around a turn..24 RG super planted…😮
For many stock may be fine. I do those speeds and more, especially on fast tracks with a Harley. Better suspension helps with many things as far as even better handling at speeds. Of course the overall ride is night and day from stock. I've tested many different suspensions. Stock and aftermarket. Huge difference from stock. Just my opinion. Once you've tried premium suspension there's no going back.

Hard to tell....but with all the changes , did they do something with the rear axle half moon adjuster do dad ? I hate that thing

Send them an email. For the Low models there are no fork springs available, as the production numbers are very low and fork hardware is different.

I need to do something on my 2023 CVO SG. I’ve been riding for 40 years and this is the first bike I’ve really felt the need to do something with the suspension. Very disappointed in the ride. Harsh! Potholes are painful AF.
New style CVO SG? The set for the new ones has been released two months ago, works great on my CVO RG.

@@Dandre01 New style as well, I have full Wilbers Nivomat, mine was the prototype for the development, they had a CVO SG as well, to proof the design.

New HD stock suspension is great until Wilbers puts a few bucks in your pocket.

Yah, cars, trucks, Indian motorcycles etc. They all come stock with subpar components to keep prices down and appeal to a broad market. That's why we all put aftermarket items on them. Same with diesel trucks etc. It's how it is. I bought a 65k Ford F-150 and it needed stuff.
the factory should install better rear suspension
Buy a Challenger, no suspension upgrade needed
I currently have an Indian Pursuit with every bell and whistle you can get. Even it needs better suspension. I reviewed that bike in detail on this channel. Suspension is pretty good for stcok. Exactly, not counting a windshield, pipes, and ECM upgrades. Or, you could buy a BMW or Goldwing and not have to do anything to it.

I did notice a huge difference from my stock Harley 2015 street glide suspension and the 2024 street glide suspension. Wow what a difference,,, and you swear by the Wilber’s.. good to know Ryan,… but unfortunately for me, not in my budget.
