Here in Canada I still find King George VI coins in my change on very rare occasions. We decimalized in 1867 and coins like the 5, 10 and 25 cents haven't changed in design or size since 1937. Interesting to see Britain's coinage change design for the new monarch.

I like the look of the £1 and 50p, but I think all of them are beautiful😊
Very well put together Christopher, I tend to agree with your findings that the Atlantic Salmon, the Puffin & the Bees will be the only ones we may see circulate in the next few months, Is very dearly would like to see the Squirrel but there has been little demand for these in recent years other than 2021.
Looking forward to seeing the new coins, even if it will be a while until some of them are fully released, I suspect the, 20ps, 50ps and £1 coins will skip the queue if released this year as I have yet to find any Shield 2022 50p coins or 2021-2022 20p or £1 coins despite having collected the previous years coins.
Very cool to see our King on coins besides 50ps and £2s. I really love the simple oak 5p.

I visited the Royal mint a few weeks ago and witnessed the new 5 pence coin with the Puffin on the reverse being manufactured.
Think you mean 20p. Although they are minting the oak 5p at the same time.
