Drawing cards from a deck without replacement follows the joint probability & conditional probability formulae.
p(A and B) = p(A) x p(B)
p(A|B) = p(A and B) / p(B)
Over large numbers of trials, the theoretical probabilities show true, but in each individual, independent trial, there is variance.
