Nice video!
Four winds is excellent
Thank you so much for letting me know! That makes it even more exciting to get to!
Welcome to Big Book Summer, Beth! I'm so glad you decided to join the fun! Eragon is a fabulous series. Did you know that Christopher Paolini published Eragon when he was just 16 years old?? He was my son's greatest hero & inspiration! My son turns 30 this year and still loves those books - just recently read the latest one. Mr. Mercedes is awesome, too - the start of a trilogy and really gripping. That'll be a fast one for you. The Book Thief will go fast, too, and it is really outstanding. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the Mitford series. I want to tackle The Odyssey one of these days - good for you! I always enjoy Kristin hannah's novels, but I haven't read The Four Winds yet. I just started The Women on audio for my first Big Book this summer! The Passage is fabulous - the first in a trilogy - I actually read that the very first time I devoted my summer to Big Books, back in 2011! It's a sci fi thriller, about genetic modifications to create the perfect solider - gone bad! Those Ken Follett chunkster historical novels are always popular for Big Book Summer! I haven't read that one yet (though my cousin loved it) - I read Follett's Pillars of the Earth that same year I read The Passage. Wow, you have a huge pile to choose from - enjoy! Remember to go to the challenge page on my blog to add the link to this video to the Sign-Up Links List near the bottom - that way, people will be able to find your channel, I will help by sharing your video across social media, AND you'll be eligible for the end-of-summer giveaway drawing! Enjoy all those Big Books - can't wait to hear what you think about them during the summer!
Thank you so much for all of your knowledge on my choices!
Have fun with the big book challenge!
Thank you!!
@@bethsbookishreviews9374 your welcome!
Just found your channel via Amamama Reads.
Those are real chunckers. I'm currently reading Epitaph by Mary Doria Russell and that has about 580 pages. I think that's the biggest physical book I've ever read.
I am tackling 'The Mysteries of London' which has over 1100 pages, but I'm listening that on Librivox.
I'm not a romance reader, but I always do love the colorful covers.
Thanks for coming over to the channel! So glad to see you! The Mysteries of London sounds very interesting...I may check that out. Happy Reading!
