Hi, Karima. So, the top coats🙃
inm has THE best top coat (thin, helps your color dry quicker and fixes it in place. Lasts a long-long time). Orly has a very decent one, especially convenient that they have a half-size, do recommend. And Chanel has an interesting one. It’s quite exceptional. It takes more time to dry than the above, but it looks like gel, it’s something.
Your editing is superb; your videos are like mini movies. You guys should really think of doing something in that area, you absolutely got it💫✨

@@EssyaMTR For me, when I watch ✨fancy ✨videos I get caught up in thinking about the filming setup, who's holding the camera, did they purposely include camera movements or is it just a stylistic choice, etc. I have a harder time connecting with highly-produced content, I guess, even though A) I really admire creators for putting work into what they think will make their audience happy/an aesthetic they like and B) I know a lot of people DO love the more cinematic vibe that a lot of vids are taking on these days. I realize I'm in the minority, but at least there are two of us, haha.

    • @EssyaMTR
      @EssyaMTR 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@moshimoshiumeboshi haha I totally get you, I'm actually a photographer and videographer myself and when it comes to beauty videos I always prefer a more "raw image" realistic toning and daylight lighting because you are watching a beauty video specifically to see the shades and textures of a product. For this particular video it's fine to have that vintage, mist filter vibe as there is no try on 🧐

Hey Karima, I'm a hairdresser and have a few product/brand suggestions for you:
    1. Anything Kerastase, but particularly their masks
    2. Morrocanoil Hydrating Styling Creme, and Hair spray
    3. Batiste dry shampoo (trumps all other high end, IMHO)
    4. Keune shine spray & texture spray (for root lift)
    5. ...more of a routine suggestion, but if your hair is feeling dry, double-condition it. That is, condition, rinse, and repeat. This is a gem because you can use any product you have going and amplify the results.

Top coat alternative to seche vite for me is the barry m quick drying top coat. Beautiful, dries just as fast, and much more affordable (speaking as someone who loves painting nails, and has tried a bunch of different ones). Essence also makes really good base coats, they have a long lasting one, that actually makes the nail polish last longer.

My favorite topcoat and nail polish line is olive and June. Just found it and I adore how long their topcoat makes everything last!! I am going to tell you something your doctor may not have -- Accutane works via the mechanism of damaging your body. It is not "IF" it damages you, it is more "when" or "how severely". You may be 100% ok WHILE TAKING the medication, but that doesn't mean it won't harm you. The serious damage (literally everything listed on the insert, and more) may begin to happen to you not while on the medication but months or even years after you stop taking it.
The very mechanism of accutane is quite literally cell death (bodywide apoptosis). It is a chemotherapeutic drug. The cell death is not limited to sebaceous glands of the skin, but actually occurs everywhere, including stem cells which, once permanently damaged, do not replenish themselves - hence the permanent effects of acne clearance. This explains the "post-exposure delayed toxicity" that is seen with accutane and other chemotherapeutic drugs that also work through cytotoxic / stem-cell killing mechanisms. The permanent damage from this medication can happen after it is discontinued (months or years down the line) even without side effects or any warnings/abnormal blood results when you are taking it. Just be warned, this drug could seriously ruin your body (eyes, bones, joints, hair, teeth, spine, skin, brain, nerves, tendons, ligaments) for the rest of your life, and it can happen to you in the future, even if you're ok now....so once you've been exposed to this drug, you are never safe and you never know what will happen. This happened to me despite normal/mild side effects while taking the drug. The damage suddenly set in about 5 months after I stopped taking it. I took a 'low' dose, only 20mg/day. Everything was fine and dandy while I took the drug...I exercised, went to school, my blood labs were normal. Years later I still have such severe damage that I'm barely able to walk.
In addition to bodywide apoptosis and stem cell death, accutane also creates permanent gene expression changes (in more than 500 genes), DNA oxidative damage, and direct oxidative damage to every tissue of your body. There are studies that prove that accutane causes downregulation (a change in genetic expression which decreases) of collagen (the literal framework/scaffolding of your body), elastin (keeps your skin resilient and stretchy), and hyaluronic acid (the "water-holding molecule" that keeps your skin and joints youthful) - all CRITICAL proteins in ALL connective tissues that keep you looking and feeling youthful. So, quite literally, this drug AGES you. Accutane also downregulates telomerase, a protein that repairs damaged/broken DNA and is associated with biological youth. Have you ever noticed that someone who took accutane looks "older" or "less youthful"? These are the reasons why.
Doctors consistently try to deny the existence of delayed post-exposure effects (they say that effects only happen while on the drug, not weeks/months/years after stopping the drug) but this has similarly happened to countless others (thousands) as well and isn't rare.
Taking accutane is certainly a choice, but most people are not fully aware of how awful it is to everyone who takes it and what kind of risks you are truly taking for your future health. Good luck, I hope it doesn't happen to you too.

I have a lot of hair, blonde balayage on the surface and foils underneath. Using olaplex 0 as per the instructions sectioning my hair as I go then sticking on a shower cap for 10 mins to keep it moist then following up with no 3 afterwards and leaving it on for about an hour before rinsing it out works wonders for my bleached hair. I will say it isn't like a deep conditioner or anything so after you use it let your conditioner sit on the hair while you do other showery things or use a leave in conditioner once you pop out of the shower. I haven't tried k18 yet but I am thinking of trying that after my next colour touch up to see how that compares :)

You're missing the point about the PC product. It does what it says it does--and at a reasonable and affordable price point. So many cleansers really are poorly formulated with hidden irritants. With respect to the Juno, holy cow. They used to make it in a body version, which basically means that it was in a 3 oz container WITH A PUMP (so no fussing with those damn pipettes.) Anyway, I used to put in on my legs where I might have a razor nick...and it would be gone by morning. So then I tried it on my face. I think it possess some magical miracle healing properties. The body version was discontinued, so now I buy the face version (with the damn pipette.)

I bought a Jo Malone orange blossom candle as a Christmas gift and the throw was pathetic. Diptyque has much better throw, scent trueness (once lit) and better value.

I highly recommend revitalash, but only the 3 month tube. For some reason the 6 month tube made all my lashes fall out, maybe the formula is watered down?? I dunno. 3 month tube is the way to go 👍🏼

I've only used the Olaplex trial kit with the number 0 and 3. I used it as a hair treatment when my hair got really dry and frizzy. It worked really well and I gifted it to several friends who also saw a difference.

olaplex works best i find if i leave in for 90 mins. a lot of people don't do it for long enough. also i find people that bleach their hair notice the difference the most.

I love the byredo mascara too (which I bought thanks to your reco) but I would like to know how you remove it without it flaking into your eyes because that’s what happens with me when I take it off (I use bioderma to remove)

Baltic amber from voluspa are like a subscription candle for me
Whenever it gets down to the bottom I felt compulsory to go and get another.... seriously considering the bucket size though it’s kinda ridiculous to have a bucket candle 😳

Also speaking of niacinamide plus think the one from Naturium is GOOD ! So try the good molecules nice and and the Niacinamide + zinc one from nututium
Both are super good they’re both gentle the good molecules one is more gentle obviously but both are super amazing ! So I forgot I didn’t wanna leave that one out I do love the one from naturium as well although I like good molecules nice cinema alone itself more
