Eagle Talon Necklace | Lost Wax Casting with the Elegoo Mars 3D Printer

This eagle talon was sculpted in Blender 2.81. It was then printed using the Elegoo Mars 3D printer in standard gray resin and cast in pewter using the lost wax casting method. Pewter casts at a low temperature and can be cast directly into a high temperature silicon mold. The main reason I use the lost wax casting method is that it offers the option to cast with different metals such as silver, gold, or brass.
