    Good job guys
    Only 2 points: Sick leaves are not limited, agar aapke paas doctor note hai to always you can get those leaves extra
    Second: You guys might want to check what is a Conge parental leave. It is 4 months of leave with certain pay you can apply until your child becomes 12 and you get it from another institution.

    Any idea what happens to the social contributions if you leave Belgium before you turn 65 ?

    • @DoMusafirCanada
      @DoMusafirCanada  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You are still eligible for it and depending on where you live you can claim it. I mean if you stay in the EEA (European Economic Area) or in a country which has social security agreement with Belgium, you can submit your application to the local social security authority. In the other case, if you stay in a country that has no social security agreement with Belgium, you have to submit the application in person depending on whether you are a self employed, civil servant or employee for an organisation. I assume you are an employee of an organisation. So in that case, you have to submit your application in person to the Federal Pensions Service (FPS). They administer pensions for employees and civil servants, and also pays them to retired employees, civil servants and self-employed. You can find more information on the website of the FPS;
      The details of contacting them is below:
      Federal Pensions Service (available in French or Dutch)
      Bureau des Conventions internationales
      Tour du Midi
      1060 Brussels
      Belgium
      info@sfpd.fgov.be
      Phone: 1765 (toll-free in Belgium)
      From abroad: +32 78 15 17 65 (toll number)
      Hope all this Information helps you 😊

    How to apply for job. I am Indian national and working in Dubai for last 2 years. I am looking for job as an accountant.

    • @DoMusafirCanada
      @DoMusafirCanada  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Vivek,
      Thanks for reaching out! It is really important that you update your LinkedIn profile and only after that reach out to people who are already working in Europe. Best way forward is networking and asking them for referrals. Also keep a close eye on the companies for the relevant job postings. Honestly it is a little tough to apply for jobs if you do not have a work permit and most companies do not really sponsor your work visa for Europe. So best for you is networking.

      Hi - it’s difficult to suggest the salary. It depends on a lot of factors like the location even in the French speaking part, years of experience etc. My suggestion is to check with other pharmacists in that area.

      Mostly yes. Most of the part time jobs will be customer facing and you will need French/ Dutch skills. Having said that if you are able to get a backend jobs - working in warehouse etc., then you will face much less of a language issue.

      But instead you should be a physical tank to be able to handle picking up 100 kg daily and tell them thank you very much or you'll be fired. But if you are born Belgian, you're free to take it easy when you're tired, it's your right. Only foreigners are treated as inhuman. Nothing changed, just the strategy

    • @DoMusafirCanada
      @DoMusafirCanada  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Expect the lifting 100kg part you are more or less right. See they also look at us as resources who want work and try and exploit. Having said that Belgium has some very good people and laws against discrimination.

      Hello dear! Your company will have to sponsor your work permit. So if you find a job in Belgium and have the job offer then there are two ways to get the work permit. Either your company will sponsor it or will ask you to raise a work permit using the offer letter. The latter will cost you money. Check on the govt website about the cost of the work permit.
      Some of the companies are English speaking but mostly speak either Dutch or French! So you need to look out for such opportunities and the requirements. Hope this helps 😊
