I have personally not been to colruyt so cannot say but I know it's popular. You can try 😊
Colruyt is Belgian supermarket, and is cheaper than Delhaize, Carrefour and others. Aldi and Lidle are the cheapest of all for basic shopping. Albert Hein ( Dutch) is also good and cheaper.

Colruyt is a good option where you get them in reasonable amount and good quality

There are vegan cheeses and plant based yogurts available in Albert. I am not sure about bread though

They just do. Locals are used to it. Wearing good winter clothes and gloves definitely helps 😀
