Nice to hear from you Ken,I wish you both and Timo of course all the best and hope things work out fine, as your wife says they usually do,I am a very anxious person and I started to do long walks and I do feel it does help get your thoughts into perspective, good advice from Ellis about that in this video, what a beautiful walk it is too, thank you for another great video,Take care all.
Wow! Impressive! Was this a five hour hike? Seems like it. And all alone! Very bold! No fear of shepherd dogs or wild animals or weirdos! Very impressive! What I like most though is how sensible and down to earth you are. Something in the way you speak reminds me of past generations of wise northern English people - they used to be a very sensible "tribe" that exuded common sense (which, as we all know, is not common). I think it's also something about the way you speak English. Most Dutch speak English impeccably, but yours is more traditionally native-sounding than the modern natives. I don't know if I am making any sense, but I love hearing you speak, love hearing what you say, and love seeing what you do. And Ken does a wonderful job with these videos - I assume he's the one that does the editing. The end product is so earthy and heatlhy and wise. Beauty and earthy wisdom! Just love it! I wish all three of you my very best and demand of the Gods that they give you a lucky break with all your difficulties. Pull your socks up Zeus! Until then, just keep on walking it off! Love and respect from Greece!
Thank you so much. You just put a big smile on my face haha. But no, I do the editing myself. And I do know the area here and I have hiked this one before. Over all there is not much to fear, only dogs can be a problem. And right now I look forward to discovering the hikes around the place we will go next. Scary? Yes, but so exciting.
Watched quite a lot of your stuff, but first time I’ve posted a comment. I know you’re in quite a predicament but whatever happens try not to stress, as nothing good ever comes of that. Good luck to you both.
Loved this walk ,the views and terrain were amazing.I hope that you get a result for your house sale soon. Timo is the best companion, lots of luck coming your way.xxxx
Same here...but we dont have any stress, thats a huge difference. I gave ppl a good price...then they jumped off cause I didnt accept money under the table ! I dont need thst kind of stress in my life. The taxes are not that big so cheapy ppl ! I hope you get your house sold asap so you can plane for a new trip and new adventures . @@AtHomeInTurkey Here if they think you sold too cheap they will tax you anyway. Guess its been too much corruption and money under the table. I gonna stay in Spain so better do it the right way..lol...

Without the filming 5 hours. But you have to start in Dalyan and end there, that makes it longer. You best cross very early with the ferry hike all the way to the Ekincik harbour and ask somebody like Ali Ozalp to pick you up with the boat and have a lazy well earned sail back. You just have to find out when he goes. Done it many times and makes a great trip.
Im glad you can still walk. Ive adventured around the world... But because of that did too much damage and my knees are so destroyed i can barely stand... Its so frustrating! Have fun... When do you leave for France?
I love your enthusiasm for your adopted country and its beauty.I am a frequent visitor to Dalyan and have seen new rules make a difference to the detriment of foreign residents.I along with many fans will miss your wonderful musings as we all enjoy your adventures.Thank you in anticipation of new adventures to come.Having once broken my ankle in Dalyan I do worry about you hurting yourself on those wild treks,bo careful.😊
Your house is so gorgeous and the location stunning, I'm shocked it hasn't been snapped up.. are foreigners allowed to buy it? Or a local family ..even for them to have as a rental property if not to live in... especially with all the videos you have made of the area and how lovely it is...
Yes it's open to foreigners and also one of the few legal houses. Problem is, most buyers here want to be closer to bars, restaurants and shops. Plus often a pool is a must.
My opinion don’t leave turkey 🇹🇷 you will be hesitate later in Europe cold rain windy in turkey thousands of Afganistan other countries people lives all some illegal refugees other hand many Russian 🇷🇺 people came to live they have no problem why you have only this I really don’t think they can remove you from turkey

She is such a brave and strong woman...I wish you both all the best and a happy future wherever that is.
What a lovely thing to say.
She's quite amazing sir❤
I love how you never tire of the beautiful views. You still see them as we would as tourists
Real natural beauty never gets old. I still have the same when I see the Dutch beaches.

Money under the table is not a big deal for me. But we can't do that. If you transfer it to Europe they want to know where it comes from.
