- 19 साल की आयशा पिछले 10 साल से दिल की बीमारी से ग्रसित थीं. आयशा के हार्ट पंप में लीकेज हो गया था और उसे एक्स्ट्रा कार्पोरियल मेम्ब्रेन ऑक्सीजनेशन सिस्टम पर रखा गया था. डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि हार्ट ट्रांसप्लांट आवश्यक है. आयशा के इलाज में सबसे बड़ा रोड़ा पैसे की कमी थी. क्योंकि इलाज के लिए 30 से 40 लाख रुपये की आवश्यकता थी. दूसरे पाकिस्तान में हार्ट ट्रांसप्लांट की कोई सुविधा नहीं थी. तब चेन्नई के गैर सरकारी संगठन ऐश्वर्या ट्रस्ट ने इलाज का पूरा खर्चा उठाया. और आयशा का हार्ट ट्रांसप्लांट मुमकिन हो पाया.
