- Lake Winnepesaukah's new-for-2016 Twister top spin ride. Twister is a Moser Rides "Maverick" model which features a 21-seat gondola that flips riders upside down in unexpected directions thanks to two asymmetric arms.

I legit just got done riding this like 30 mins ago.... and tbh I thought from the way it looked I was going to die...But when I got on it, it wasn't bad at all... Not scary... I laughed the whole flipping time 😂 But I did jump when the dang thang made that loud popping noise 😂 I was like crap, is it suppose to do this? But its definitely a new fav ❤ I luv it! Its even better than the fireball!

6 months ago I was healed from a heart condition should I ride this or not this comment was made a year ago I been healed for a year and 6 months
about 2 years ago me and my dad went on this as our last ride before we headed out and we ended up with upset stomachs and headaches
it lives up to its name
My goal is to ride every ride but I may have to skip this one last year I been through a lot and I don’t want a ride to kill me
That ride looks insane.

That ride is scary, I rode it today and thought I was literally going to die . I'm glad I rode it for the accomplishment but never riding it again.

it was fun but it killed my back lol. right after i got off of it my back was hurting to the point that i couldn't move.. i prefer the genie

I remember one time when I went to Lake Winnie,I didn’t ride the twister but we saw people stuck on it,and I was like “Heck NO”that’s why I never wanna go in this ride
Lake Winnie needs a Maurer Skyloop.
They need employees to run the rides they already have first.
I rode almost everything more than one time. This was not one of them.

Kennywood used to have this ride and until the crappy new owners donated it to a park in Brazil they did not even sell it to make money for a different ride donated it and now there are huts there people can rent for a ridiculous amoun.

they replaced the genie for this all because a teenager, who knew what he was doing un did his seat belt and got killed that was one of the best rides and he ruined it
A tree fell on the genie. No accident recorded on it. Genie doesn't have seat belt either. They refurbished it and it now sits in the back of the park where the fly-o-plane was. Now that ride was removed because kids opened their door and fell out. I've rode it many time trouble free but the kids and the family blamed the operator.
That dumb kid is probably the reason they got rid of a ride called the Round Up which is the same ride different names at a local park. But the new owners are a bunch of a holes. I still call them new owners even though they owned it 14 years now it just been getting worse and worse.

I can't see anyone over 35 riding this. For anyone older, being flipped upside is much harder on your body than it is when you are younger.

You have to be 57 inches that's 3 inches less than 5 feet you will when you get older someone said it hurt their back there's lots of other rides
If you are big you can forget riding this ride we live close to lake Winnie and we took my daughter last year well my daughter wanted me to ride that ride with her and I got told I had to get off becuz apparently the belt wasn't locking they really need to fix that so big people can ride too I mean dang I'm not that big like really
Death riders what size last time I was there I couldn’t ride the parachutes because the seat belt wouldn’t fit around my hips but I may still ride them again to see if it does. My bmi is obese is why I’m asking
Are the seats smaller than cannon ball because I could barely fit on cannon balls seats the turn style was about too narrow.

I'm just trying to figure out why they would bring a ride like this in when they obviously can't even keep people in the simple Airplane ride. There have been 2 different incidents where kids have been thrown out of the Airplane ride and could have been killed. If they can't keep you in a ride that simple there is NO way I would get on this. As a matter of fact I have no intentions of ever going back and wasting my money. Lake Winnie has completely went down hill in the last 10 years.

They took the genie out for refurbishment but they said it will be back next year along with another ride they took out a long time ago
