The Britains implement is a trailed forage harvester, it should have a plastic jaw type attachment where the maize crop is fed in and was chopped and shredded inside the harvester before being blown up the spout and into a tall silage trailer that was towed behind. The train sets are fantastic, I never had a train set of my own when I was a young boy because my eldest brother had a Hornby Dublo train set, with the all metal, 3 rail track, so I used to play with that and my Scalextric set. I'd have bridges so the racing cars could drive over the train track. Happy day! The Dinky Toys Foden crane truck that Nick sent you is superb. Thanks for entertaining us again all this year with your brilliant videos, Martin, and I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas Day. Take care and all the best. Peter.
Merry Christmas Martin to you and your family. This film illustrates once again the care and attention that was paid to toys in the past. For example, the trains you show. They are in an incredible condition despite the passage of so many years in their original packaging. something incredible
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours, Martin! You always find the coolest things and a lot of times it's something I've never seen before.
Great selection of future projects there Martin look forward to seeing them done , A Merry Christmas to you and your family Martin and let's hope a happy new year mate
Great video Martin, love the train sets and the early matchbox models, never seen those big m x Matchbox sets before but they look really cool! Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to you and your good lady wife, enjoy your trip to Stafford and good pickings, all the best, Nick🎄🎄🎅🏻🎅🏻🐸🐸🐸🥂
Merry Christmas Martin to you and your family. Thoroughly enjoyed your videos throughout 2024. They are a must see for me on a Wednesday night in Australia. Those train sets were a great get. Very envious of you. Good health to you. Cheers Andy.
Hi Martin, Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 to you and your family, a nice diecast haul too just like Christmas 🎅🏻, a very nice Hornby Stream LMS w/ passager cars starter set & never hear of a Triang train set until now, (did you say that it was Italian? )looks in great condition 👍, nice haul from Nick too (especially the 20 ton crane)👍, you both made my Christmas my friend, see ya in the New Year🎉🎊👋😎🚚🚒🚗🛻🍻
It's funny listening to you yesterday about Christmas day, which we are just finishing. It was 26 degrees today, and I had a leg of lamb on the BBO.Merry Xmas , I'm cooking forward to your videos next year All the best.😅😅

Hi Martin i got up early to see if you had posted, thank you for your time and commitment over the year there was some stuff on here i had not heard of before. Looking forward to the Martin Dare livery idea you could signpost the skip. Enjoy the festive period, our thoughts and best wishes to you all from Ian b & the girls.
10:15 cute. :) the brand is "Sesame" from france, and they all use that same curious friction drive. the original could be an Unic or Saviem truck. I have a Taunus 12m P4 model from them, so I know. ;) 27:30 interesting set. looks a bit like SIKUs mobile buildings on trucks, just with a fancier way to play with it. :) 32:00 I heard of that factory and went to see what they ask for on ebay... I looked away quickly. :P but it would be neat to have one, really. I think the truck that came with the factory had all-blue tractors, while the others had blue-and-yellow? I caught one truck mint and boxed which had the tractors on a tray-like thing. 40:25 aww, beautiful! and the plastic is still good, too... those things age the worst usually. the other box is nifty, too nicely decorated. heh, "Tri-ang lines". more like Tri-ang&Hornby central, or somesuch. 59:23 ah, the rallye beetle by polistil. hard to find complete these days. 1:02:20 aw, I caught one for small coin at a flea market, mine is only missing the threads and the hook. even the tyres are still soft. I shall look closely when you take yours apart. :) so merry xmas and a happy, new, freshly painted, no-parts-missing, good-glass, full-warranty-and-return year. ^^
