A zoo pole works great. Take a long wood handle and screw cup hooks into it. Sew Cafe curtain rings on the back of the stuffed animals. Hang the pole from the ceiling in a corner hang the animals up. Best thing it is so easy to vacuum under it, no toys to move out of the way.

My 2 year old cousin who i was babysitting got into a box of cereal, he was hiding but easy to find as I just followed the massive trail of cereal around my home haha. My kids however for some reason love getting into our pasta cupboard there will be boxes of spaghetti noodles opened and all over the place!

The bean bags are huge and a huge help with a lot of stuffed animals. My daughter's always changing what snuggle she wants to take to bed that night. Them in a basket is an eye sore though. We just got one for each kids room and they love it as much as I do since they also get a chair as they call it out of the deal. It also helps them not collect dust as quickly in my opinion if they tend to sit a while.
Yes! I just ordered one for my sons room! So excited to not have those stuffed animals all over the place anymore lol I agree a basket is an eye sore and thats so true about the dust! 😊

Busy ball popper + flour = great childhood memory, my kids were 8 months, 2, and 5. They are now 9, 11, and 14, I wasn’t angry and just laughed because all three were covered with flour and my younger 2 looked baffled as my 5 year old giggled away.

I prefer carpet in my bedrooms also. I don't like the feel of bare feet on hard floor, plus it's warmer on my feet in the winter. Sprinkle baking soda on your carpet once a week, let sit for 15 minutes and vacume up really well. Baking soda has antibacterial properties and it breaks up dirt and makes vacuum up a little better. Just use plain old inexpensive baking soda, you can add a few drops of essential oil to it. Put it in some type of jar with holes on top for easy Sprinkling.

At our last house we had this amazing wall of built-ins. The bottom half was dedicated to kids stuff- hundreds of books, 20+ puzzles, loads of small toys and toy sets etc. It was our main toy storage. One day I was on the phone with the insurance company and I had to step into the bedroom because the kids were playing too loudly. Five minutes later I came out to my two-year old emptying the last shelf onto the couch. Absolutely everything was stacked and dumped in an enormous like in the couch. It was heaped up past the back of the couch and spilling off into the floor from every side. The first thing he did was go sit on top of the pile and all I could do was laugh. After snapping a photo of course 😂.

Most of the storage that you use for your kids toys (the trunk, the baskets, the bags) are all things they have to dig through or dump out to find things or play with them. Small drawers per kind of toy, seethrough boxes, open shelving and toy rotation are things that will stop them from doing that.

I’m with “No Carpet” I have a soft 9x12 rug in my master bedroom and it does feels good to sink my toes in the rug when getting out of the bed. Btw love your cleaning videos! So inspiring 😍😍

One of my kids once pulled out a whole package of wipes in about 1 minute when I walked out of the room to grab something. The speed kids have is frightening sometimes! 🤣

In Norway carpents are pretty rare. We use a lot of area rugs, but not carpents. The collect so much dust and often triggers allergies and astma.
Othervice I love organizing videos and especially making of beds. They always makes me wonder under witch sheet you sleep. You all have several. And if you not get cold in the night?
We use duvet, often filled with down. And the window open, even if it is -4 farenheit outside. So how you can keep warm with a couple of sheets I do not understand. But it is fun to watch.

I definitely prefer carpet in the bedrooms. Maybe get a rug if you want to protect the carpet. Or change the look. I loved the idea of the bean bags full of stuffed animals

My 2 older kids were 4 and 2 and in 2 minutes they painted my entire dining room dark blue using a broom. It reached the ceiling as well. This was craft paint but somehow it would not come up. It seeped through every paint we tried to paint over. It stained the laminate as well. It was ABSOLUTELY awful. I called my husband and all i said was "when you get home, i am leaving. And i wont come back until you fix this." LoL we ended up having to replace the flooring, baseboards, new dining room chairs, and painted the walls again but you could still see blue.

Hi Becky..I’m a newbie...only found you a few nights back and meant to subscribe then...anyway loving your videos and your voice overs are so natural and friendly....could you use those extra wicker baskets in you sons closet...either on the shelf or the floor for his stuffed animals...well for the smaller ones anyway! 🤷🏻♀️and your children are adorable ! Regarding plants...I found when my son was little I didn’t move anything...yes a few messes to clean up but a few firm No’s meant he learnt what he could touch...especially then when we went to friends and family homes, they don’t stay little forever 🤣🤣 🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧💕

When my daughter was about 2 yo I left her in the kitchen for about 30 sek. When I got back she had poured a full litre of milk on the floor and was bathing in it... ”I’m swimming, mom!” 😁

When my son ,now 35, was about 5 years old I stepped out of my kitchen for a few minutes. When I came back, he had gone out and I noticed some ketchup on the edge of my kitchen curtain. He had taken the squeeze bottle of ketchup and in intricate detail lined my curtain with it!!
No kids but one of my cats Athena likes to get into a roll of toilet paper every now and then. I call it her arts and crafts😁

Hi Becky xx love carpets.....BUT!! it is also lovely to know that the bedroom floor is always spotless. I only have cheap laminate but it is nice. I also have an old Victorian style metal bed so I can get right under it really easily, so that it too can be cleaned every time with the rest of the floor. However, I am bug phobic and I like to be able to see straight away that I have a completely bug free room before I can go to sleep. I did have a rug but now that has gone too. I just keep my house shoes by my bed so as my feet don’t get cold. But yes a carpet would be my preference if I wasn’t sooo phobic. Ugh! SPIDERS .......no, can’t cope with them. 🕷🐜🕸💜

I don't have any kids. I do, however, have 16 parrots (15 hyacinth macaws and a green wing macaw). There is one parrot, Angelina, who gets into everything! Yesterday, I turned my back for 15 seconds and she had destroyed a Scentsy room spray. Luckily, the room spray didn't explode in her beak or anything. Thank goodness!

Great, clean, declutter and organize vlog. Just a suggestion, if your son has a lot of toys, put some away in bins in cupboard or garage and switch out every month or so.
Not so overwhelming to clean up and it like brand new toys, when you switch out. PS: Such a sweet little helper in her tutu.
I'd love to do this if we had more storage in our home! Unfortunately we basically have none 😥 I'll just have to go through them and start discarding more. I'm not sure why I find it so difficult! Maybe because most of them were gifts from friends and family 🤷🏼♀️ Thanks for watching!! ❤️

Hi Becky I'm new to your Channel. I absolutely love your videos! I wanted to share with you a couple ways you could keep your playroom rug from slipping. You could buy Carpet tape which is very cheap it's only 2 to $3 I think? Or you could buy a non-slip carpet pad I don't think those are very expensive either they come in many shapes and thicknesses. Or here's a hack that I learned you could put plastic wrap underneath your rug and that will keep it from slipping as well. 😃 I hope any of these will be helpful for you and thank you so much for such great cleaning motivation!

Just the other day, I went to the bathroom before I started dinner. I opened my fridge to get my butter and chopped Basil and it wasn’t there. Walked into my daughters play area and the basil was all over the floor and she had the butter in her play kitchen pots. I wasn’t gone for more than 5 minutes

I have 1900 sq ft of tile in my house, I kinda wish I had carpet in the bedrooms. We have area rugs but it’s not the same. But with having dogs not having carpet is super helpful lol

Becky Moss I live in south east Texas, it’s 110 6 months out of the year here. If I was back in Alaska ( grew up there) carpet the entire house because no cold feet lol
I went from having carpet everywhere to absolutely none. I thought i would love it, but i actually hate it! I want carpet in my bedroom and my living room at least. If it’s something you enjoy, especially in the bedroom i would keep it!

No carpets, I still have carpets in the bedrooms, unfortunately budgets has not allowed me to remove them and put hardwood for easy cleaning. Kids getting into things, when my son was little, he's now 41, I just swat his hands, only took a couple of times, then I used the same concept with my grandkids and works. 👍👍👍👍👍👍😉🇺🇸

Oh sweetie! Got an artist, my 11 year old, try permanent marker on the walls. Kilz paint one coat fix but... Also, try crazy peanut butter finger painting. Also I am with you short clips of laundry good but not a large segment but put it with good music and I am good!

Hi.... Oh yes i remember when my daughter got a hold of the hair gel.... 😱 she looked like she had just been born 🤣. She kept yelling look mommy look... And when I saw her was like OMG where you just born? She had so much gel on her head,face and hands.Actually I just ran into the pic I took that day. She was 1 then and just turned 6. I never liked stuffed animals because they hold so much bacteria and sould be machine washed often. I always told relatives to get my kids clothes as gifts cuz it last longer. And keep the toys to a minimum.
I was gone over the weekend and while my 3 year old was supposed to be napping he pooped and wiped himself then tried cleaning the dining room floor and just put water all over it 😂

I have a Bessel carpet shampooer and I love it too. I do not buy the carpet cleaner to clean with. I use tide with oxi clean and it smells great and looks like Stanley steamer did it

When my daughter was 3 years old she thought it was funny to make it snow with baby powder and when my son was about the same age he used styrofoam to snow in his room.. My kids are 22 and 18 now so it was long ago :)

My twin boys dropped about 75 CD's into a fishtank in 30 seconds. I had to remove and unfold all the liner notes to air dry them and hand dry all the cases. That was a real drag...
