Pretty cool set of accessories, and the baby turtles are a nice addition. But bloody hell?! $60 USD? Crikey! That is £48 GBP here in the UK.
We do not have a Target store here, I’m afraid. But I am tempted to buy this set aftermarket; I reckon it would look lovely on display.

Yeah. 40 to 50 bucks. Ok. 60 bucks or more is pushing it.
With neca shipping it’s more like 75$ but that better than laying resell
I agree, $40 would be more reasonable for what you get. The TV with the VCR and different slides is awesome though!

$45 price point would have been better. But NECA just decides to do such absurdly limited runs of all their most popular characters, so pricing doesn't matter. They could have made 10x as many sets at $45 and immediately sold them all. I doubt they could have done the same at $60.
For 60$ they should put in a diorama display of the room too honestly.

There's a few accessories in here that I do want, but I can't justify paying 60 bucks for it. Unfortunately, if I individually bought the stuff I wanted then it'd probably come out to more than $60 anyway, so I'm just going to pass on this stuff.
Also, my Target never got these. So my only option was to get it from NECA and with shipping came out to $80. Hard pass at that.
I do agree $60 is a bit much however, hypothetically if they were sold individually and you were to divide everything there by 4 (e.g Leonardo + the tv and his weapons, Donatello + the robot & weapon, Mikey + the pizza & weapns etc) I don’t think $15 per baby turtle and some accessories is completely unreasonable…does that make sense?
Its pricey and you're right, better articulation is a MUST. That said, I think these guys are adorable and doing just a simple display of them around the TV with their NES and weapons etc would be cool looking. I saw another video where the reviewer put these guys inside the Jada Turtle Van and they looked pretty awesome too.
The joints are indeed tight on those little turtles, but they can sit if you get the hips moving well. I've got little Donnie sitting and playing his video game on my shelf right now. I do agree this set feels a tad expensive. I'm pretty sure the two VHS tapes is either a misprint or a late omission. I threw my box away awhile ago, but I think it might have listed one pizza monster and 2 tapes, and instead we all got two pizza monsters and one tape. At any rate, it feels like a set with NECA's "Turtle Tax" as seemingly every set that includes the actual turtles gets a little more tacked onto the price tag. Two-packs are 55-60 bucks these days, but a four pack of turtles where they're all using the same mold is $150. I don't begrudge them trying to strike while the property is hot, but it does make me more selective in what I grab. Like that sewer lair living room they had up. I got this set partly for the TV and was planning on getting the diorama whenever it went up, but not at that price. I'd rather try making my own.
I love this set and ya it was pricey! $60 USD but here in Canada it was never available on shelves so I had to order from NECA store and all in with exchange it was $110 CDN.......I wish NECA would get their shit together and make distribution in Canada better.

I cannot imagine myself standing up and watching tv so it’ll be nice and a accurate if they can articulate to sit down and watch tv
I guess you can get them seated if you warm them up to move the joints
I actually got a dollhouse set that included a similar TV for just 20 bucks

Hey, Anthony . I just completely revamped my Neca and super seven turtle displays. I am very disappointed and concerned with how wobbly the joints have become over the last year do you have a solution?
Kiki loose joint stuff. Look it up on google and order that. Best stuff and it’s cheap.

No Target here so no choice but pass up 😢. Or go online and its not 60$ but 130$ and above + shipping & fees… kind of bummed at neca on this. I hate how they just make it hard for us to get what we want and we have to overpay on the secondary market.
I have had a grudge since I missed the red dress Greta because of their stupid constantly sold out preorders.
I think these are getting reissued soon. Not sure the outlet though

Want to complete but those gremlins figures are not great articulation wise and posing almost painful so above 100$ is just unconceivable for me (even above 50$ is already expensive for what it is).

It looks like it is all worth $60. On eBay one of those accessories would sell for $5 at the lowest. Including shipping that's $10.
So this is a good value.
But this isn't ebay, and we shouldn't normalize overpayment
@@alejandroacosta2627Its crazy to me how americans are used to hoarding figures because they know they will become ecpensive aftermarket. And the " its good value at 60 dollars because someone will buy it for more"... its not good value. Its just that americans will not let money stand in the way of owning something. Like everything from fans toys went up 2x in price and GPUs went up 2x i. Price becauee they know Amerians will pay anything gor something. Its isnane to me
