    Well... Been there, done that. But then I've found out the only person I can criticize is myself. Not others around. The aim is to concentrate on what one can control and being at peace with the rest.

    My friend who was unrated is the same age of nandan naresh, so he played nandan in his first tournament ever.., reminds me of your situation

    At 5:05 I struggle with how to tell what spin is on the ball, how can you tell its no spin after the net?

      To me it looks like no spin because of the contact he made with the ball. Looks like he barely bumped it over the net

      ​@PandaPong maybe I think too much because I never react confidently on these balls, but shouldn't that bump return the spin ot the push that you shot at him? I need help. Haha

      It’s a tricky ball. My partner is a high level player and still couldn’t react after after several times haha
