Bought some two step couple weeks ago. My goodness got to be one of the best seasoning mixes ever. Put it on everything. Just had it on corn. Omg you guys gotta get this stuff its sooo good hats off to the chef!

My entire family was born and raised in Florida. About 15 years ago, my cousin’s husband was working as the road kill guy. He brought home a gator that died while he was on site. I swear, to this day, that was the best cut of meat I’ve ever eaten in my life! He smoked it for hours and it was spoon tender!

Dude can cook anything and make it amazing.
After pulling the fatline outta the tail, I usually like to stuff the cavity with a mixture of breadcrumbs, spices, garlic, minced onions, minced bacon and a "splash" of bourbon. Trussing the tail will keep stuffing locked in place and will make the tail meat extra moist. Mmmmmm
