Just realised when subtitles say "banquet " they mean "reception drinks with buffet food". Loved that she was watching Kdrama in hospital. Good ending with a loving family
And that butter knife just happens to be conveniently there to be used for a stabbing in the drama story. Otherwise, there's really no reason for it to be there because the finger food served there is already cut into tiny pieces and no knife is needed. Some dramas have banquets with finger food and a huge sharp HUNTING knife! So convenient as the knife of forgiveness when the ML gets stabbed and the FL forgives.

I like the fact that FL was mistaken to be the boss and she really made good use of the opportunity.
