This is not a simple story. Fl has suffered from (unintentional) neglect and cold violence. ML is (not) guilty (feels guilty of circumstances beyond his control since childhood). He’s depressed, emotionally stunted, and unable to clearly communicate his emotions and thoughts and feelings. At about the middle of the story he begins to get serious about therapy because his friends see him spiraling down into alcohol dependency. Best move ever. Very rarely is a story this complicated and this real. He’s made a lot, and I mean a lot of mistakes with FL (his wife). As he begins to unpack his mind I began to root for them. She set some limits and boundaries and both began to love and respect the other. She also needed growing up. Don’t be put off by his serious character flaws. Or his horrible family. No one in his situation could grow up healthy or happy. Kudos to all involved including actors, writers, crew, crazy subtitlers and all. THANK YOU FOR POSTING!! 🤩🤔😳😔😣😇🧐
Thanks for posting your thoughts. I stay away from stories with ML neglecting the FL and ended up with FL forgiving ML in the end as most short cdrama's butchered this type of plot. I actually love this plot as long as it is executed well and based on your comments it looks like it is.
I hate the ex-husband as I watch for 40minutes. Then I skip to ending and found out that FL goes back to him. 😔 No regets on skipping coz it is not on what's I'm expected.🤪 I guess ex-husband is portraying his character well because I dislike him even though he's handsome. 😆
The fact that he lied to her about his identity and called another woman’s name on purpose so that she would feel the same hurt he did by being recognized wrongly is despicable. Then he never touched her again. I can’t imagine the pain. He should have been honest. He could have told her that the little boy she met was gone but that he would love to get to know her. They still would have a beginning and could have fallen in love honestly

By reading the comments i can tell that some of you did not properly watched the drama. It is not cheat/ divorce and forgive drama as described it is something else dont be misguided by the comment section because there are few plot twists in which you understand better how they did end up like that

Okkk so i have a different opinion from everyone else. I actually like this one i mean other half of drama. Maybe because it somehow resembles to novels where ml have his own gang for doing dirty works. Ml's friends are also so good. And Ml really love her a lot. I actually enjoyed it. And i want to re-watch it but offcourse after maybe 1 hour or 1 and half hour (I don't remember precisely) because those one hour didn't make me interested that much but after the misunderstanding get clear i loved it. I loved how ml show no mercy to people who touch fl. He is merciless. I just loved that. ❤
They should give fl character backbone, even after knowing the truth she should leave him reason is that if in love there is no respect loyalty and trust its become a obsession, happy ending isn't always let main lead got together but a satisfying ending for respective drama if one party bullied abused or misunderstood other party then its ok for other party to move on men and women both applied

Our ML is a sad boy. Although he hold a high position a lot of factors weighed him down. He's the only ML I feel sorry for being forced to divorce. Being forced to take responsibility for someone else's child. His parents are beyond shitty, he and his wife did not communicate well causing a lot of repressed emotions. His life is a mess and he needed to temporarily let FL go in order to save her. Fortunately, he got his well-deserved happy ending.

Un Minidrama diferente con una carga psicólogica muy fuerte por parte de Ml quien sufre abusos y depresión causada por su familia, en especial por el hno. Los amigos de Ml le cuentan la verdad del problema a la Fl, haciéndole ver que él siempre la protegió y su familia lo maltrató porque no aceptaba su relación. 只看了前40分鐘，我覺得男的有病吧！冷暴力的不是他嗎？提離婚的不是他嗎？怎麼女主同意了他又來糾纏？雖然他沒有真的出軌，但是也是有傷害的。即使綠茶的孩子不是他的，但是他也為這個孩子跟女主提離婚吧？病得不清。

I have seen 200+ short dramas, in all of which women were shown as object of desire but not as humans with feelings.
I can't spiral myself to see 21st-century also Chinese shows showing women are only for sex, abuse, and violation nothing else they don't show women as ambitious, independent, inspiring and needing love & care from the right person.
These Chinese short dramas are so fucked up that I fear getting married what if my husband gets Mistress and treats me like a dog, draining my blood for her, forcefully donating my kidneys, corneas, bone marrow, liver and even heart to her and also aborting my child 😭

Un Minidrama diferente con una carga psicólogica muy fuerte por parte de Ml quien sufre abusos y depresión causada por su familia, en especial por el hno.
La Fl sufre los síntomas del abuso y depresión que padece Ml, quien se muestra frío y distante, ocultando así su depresión.
Aparece una 2Fl que está embarazada del Hno de Ml, pero le hace creer a la familia de Ml que el niño es de él.
Lo que provoca celos y decepción en Fl y se divorcian, pero no es real.
El Ml siempre està protegiendo a Fl y al caer en la adicción del alcohol decide ir con un psicólogo y empieza a abrirse y aceptar su problema.
La Fl no sabe del problema de Ml, lo que provoca que se muestre indiferente y le recuerde su maltrato emocional.
El Hno de Ml regresa y quiere venganza. Ahí se aclara que el bebé no es de Ml sinó del Hno.
Los amigos de Ml le cuentan la verdad del problema a la Fl, haciéndole ver que él siempre la protegió y su familia lo maltrató porque no aceptaba su relación.
Desde ahí empiezan a conocerse, a aceptarse, a enamorase uno del otro.
Luchan por su relación.
Los malos son castigados y Ml y Fl quedan juntos.
