I was a mechanical engineer for quite a view years, started making TH-cam videos on the side, and then did the Race Face creator series which lead me to Dialed! 🤘

Just wondering why you guys aren't allowed to film outside the pits but Wyn Masters and VitalMTB can. What gives?
MarginWalker true that, especially because Wyn TV is super f’ing annoying. Even the riders cringe and seem to avoid being interviewed by him. His brother Ed is badass. Also, i see other channels filming on track walks. I think Wyn might be racing this year so he has access.
Vital and Pinkbike are the biggest online MTB news websites, of course they're gonna be there. But for Fox to bring extra's during a pandemic to film is a bit tougher logistically. And Wyn is racing, so he's already on the track.
The recruitment process sounds rather “informal”.....thanks for vid, interesting stories.

The best thing about this show is the stories. It brings the people to life, rather than it just being about suspension rebuilding and puzzling…which is also great.

Super rad to hear the back stories, as I’m working towards this life atm. Currently on the waiting list for the Fox Suspension Training through UBI, but COVID crushed openings. So I’ve got my Suspension Bible & a few forks at home to tinker with, along with a lot of off season training! Just keep working hard & towards those goals.
Why is Dialled so damn good? Like everyone's favourite film, The Shawshank Redemption, nobody can tell you why. My best guess is watching everyone at Fox is like getting together with your favourite mates and going for your weekly ride then sitting in the pub afterwards with a beer, some food and shooting the shit. There is something very familiar and comforting about it. It's bloody brilliant.
Dialed to 11! Seriously these are so good. Shot so real. Everyone seems so friendly and hard working! Only hope to stand outside the fox trailer and wave someday! Lol 😂

Content idea - it would be cool to see what each member of the team is responsible for, and maybe follow a fork and shock from start to finish as it comes through the tent and through the hands of each team member

Loving the series. Just recently picked up a new Sony A7iii and been heavy on gear content lately. A whats in my bag/everyday carry video would be pretty dope. Been trying to find a great everyday bag/traveler bag that holds camera gear/laptop and could also take out on the trails riding when shooting as well. Laptop would def stay behind on rides. Keep crushing it.
I've been carrying my EOS R and a mic in my EVOC Stage Capture 16L on rides. And then the CP 35L to carry everything at the airport and such. 🤘
Did the race face creator series you did help you get on with doing cinematography for Fox?
Ya the Creator Series was definitely the opportunity that got me in the door for Dialed 🤘
