By the way a verry interesting instrumen, because it is half electric and half physical. And that is what the floppotron can mimic verry good, because it is also a half electronic and half physic instrument, where the physic part is totally controlled by the electronic part of the instrument.
Actually it is a Vox Continental organ, not a Hammond. Clearly seen on this video I linked below. Hammond sound is very different, much sharper like you hear in most Deep Purple songs. Just to totally off-rhythm yet still in a pattern, as if to say: Don't be afraid of going nuts, there is still rhyme and reason to it. It is also an expression of defying the mindslavery of the hamsterwheel. Kinda like: All the DAW drones gluing their mind to grids, quantizing, autotuning, they are giving up everything that matters.
