I’ve got mine on preorder. I’ve used digitech 350, 355, 360xp for years. Because of the touch screen, visual patch layout, it being newer technology, I’m hoping it’ll be easy to use, work great with my computer, setting up & storing patches, & sound great! It has presets, and that’s all I ever used. But I’ll learn & understand what effect does what and how they affect the chain/patch. Nice video. Thanks. P.S. For use with a computer, How come Zoom G6 went with USB micro B instead of USB C? Or the Host to device (the old O.G. camera cable)?
Excellent video finally on things we need to know.. now, how do I get one one overdrive channel and one accoustic channel at the push of a foofswitch? So footswitch 1 overdrive footswitch 2 accoustic and footdwitch 3 lead?? Tha k you
Why the expresion pedal can´t be linked to individual parameters of any effects (as it's posible on G1xON)???? PLEASE FIX THAT IN NEXT FIRMWARE UPDATE.
Coming from the Spark 40, all the unnecessary clicks in this interface - and its sluggish reaction times - really bug me. The device has got a touch screen and I _suppose_ all the developers are *well* familiar with touchscreen interfaces from their smartphones, and yet... for changing the order of effects, you don't just drag-and-drop it into its new position - no, that would be too easy! - you have to pull down the menu bar, which needs a specific, relatively _slow_ swipe speed - where a simple click would suffice *plenty,* and have to enter a specific - and exclusive - "change order" mode in order to do so. And then, of course, once you are finished with that, you have to *exit* that mode and enter a new one if you want to get any work done. And in contrast to other FX units that boast over 100 factory presets and a hundred more empty slots, there is no way to quickly navigate across this considerable number of patches. Switching through the banks - 4 patches at a time - is the best the B6 has to offer. What am I missing here?? This would be half as bad if the "Guitar Lab" editing software was halfway decent, but for some reason that eludes me entirely, the app always needs several attempts to _find_ the connected B6 on the USB port - at a time when Windows has long since recognized the device and routed all audio output to it - *AND* the B6 has also confirmed the connection. And why is it that in 2022, we still need USB to control a standalone device from a computer? Others are already using _bluethooth_ connections for editing software on _mobile devices._ Dear ZOOM developers: this device set me back $500, and it does not even come _close_ to the "cheapest" guitar amp out there at the moment. Surely you can do better next time?
I have my G9.2tt Demo ...Hopefully my dream will be granted to have new zoom Guitar Multi effects because my Zoom G9.2tt is deffective already, I just keep on fixing it myself since i dont money to buy new one 😭😭
I dont like that the amp+cabinet takes places on the chain. Line 6 made it default, so more effects can be used on the chain. I would like to use reverb, modulation, delay, compressor, volume pedal, amp+cabinet and somethimes more then one delay... Its not enough and the processor would be overload. Zoom effects are top for me, but the processor seems weak to use more then now possible.

How does this compare to the boss 1000 core or the helix stomp.... Is it as good for less money..?

Ugh touch screens. But love the Zoom sound :)
