I like seeing it quasi from the excavator's perspective. I wonder if it'd be possible to put a GoPro on the boom (not the arm, just the boom) to see the action from above. Also, especially on the convertibles, it would be neat to see some close-up "after" shots of the interior.

Why not dropping it on the side first for releasing the gas and flatten it afterwards? I think that's safer.
