Whenever I see Quentin mistreating and brow-beating Maggie (which is just about all the time), I wish the song, “Don’t Talk,” dealing with drunken spousal abuse by the great Natalie Merchant, when she was a member of 10,000 Maniacs, had been available in 1970. That way “Don’t Talk” could be played whenever Quentin harassed Maggie on the show. The man is a pig, undeserving of Barnabas’ help.
At 2:52, when Cyrus pours gas onto the papers, I thought it was a bit of "Overkill" because a match would burn paper easily. Also, I notice that while smashing up the lab bottles and stuff, he was careful not to destroy the bottle with the red potion in it. Is he secretly hoping to use it to turn into Yaeger? I was wondering if Barnabas Collins would appear, then, at 11:59 he appeared! Poor Maggie! Quentin is being a beast! I feel sorry for her, for Maggie! I need to keep watching this story! Yes, Angelique made a cuckold of Quentin by sleeping with so many men in Collinsport. (Quentin actually deserved it.) That being said, that was still no excuse for the way Quentin treated Maggie as if he were Stanley Kowalski from “A Streetcar Named Desire.”
Cyrus was about to drink his potion to become Yaeger again, but he changed his mind by pounding & smashing his chemical equipments. Whilst Maggie was asleep, Angelique cast a spell & guided her into her dream about where to go to find out Quentin's secret. When she woke up, she physically went to the drawer & read Quentin's love letters to Angelique. Quentin caught her red-handed.

Angelique was always so CRUEL to Maggie /Jossette / etc. She was almost as obsessed with her as she was Barnabas ...
