2 lbs. pork tenderloin 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. dijon mustard 1 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. dried parsley Place pork tenderloin and all other ingredients in large resealable bag. Squish to combine. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze. Cooking instructions: Thaw. Oven: Bake in a covered casserole dish at 350° for 50-60 minutes until internal temperature of 155° is reached. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Slow Cooker: Cook 3-4 hours on high or 5-7 hours on low.
