Does anyone know the song or show Taylor was on where she was on a piano and totally rocked out??
She performed All Too Well at the 2014 Grammy's on the piano! There is also her 2019 AMA's Artist of the Decade performance which she ends with Lover on the Piano.

Everyone inundated her with the snake emoji so she owned the image and the entire Reputation era was use of snake image (greens, blacks, purples), etc. She is a master of taking criticism and turning it into trips to the bank! That is exactly what she did in 1989 with Shake It Off & Blank Space.
The dancers were prepared. The arrangements were prepared. Taylor was prepared. Everything was prepared because the tour is still on going when the 2018 AMAs happened. You can watch the reputation stadium tour on Netflix but please do it only after reacting to the studio versions of the songs first.
I love how awestruck you are -- Taylor is definitely not a "one trick pony". She's versatile and pivots beautifully between eras. The reputation stadium tour (on Netflix) is worth watching after you've listened to reputation. I attended two nights of that tour and each night was amazing.
I’m so proud of Taylor for overcoming all the bullshit that was thrown at her. Being painted as a snake and bullied on social media to the point of murals being painted with RIP signs. It was so much that Instagram actually ended making a new feature to be able to turn off comments because it was that bad. Taylor turned it to her advantage and outsold with reputation era! She is truly amazing!

There’s a reason it was the broke the record for the best selling tour in the US. This is an example of that. It’s definitely one of my favorite performances of hers!
When I thought this video couldn’t be better, I heard “I’m off to listen to mirrorball”. it could!
I love her performance of “we are never ever getting back together” at the 1989 world tour, that was the highlight for me
She was all attitude. The song commonly interpreted as a punch to the media, and the tags they put on people giving them a "Reputation." Taylor had been on a rebellion and didn't used the media to promote: album, tour, refused interviews or appearances. Nothing media. So, if I'm not mistaken, this was the first time she presented anything from her Reputation album on TV. She did not waste any time on delivering "I Did Something Bad" empowered...kind of like, "in your face."

Oh if this is blowing your mind you should definitely watch her reputation stadium tour on netflix. The stage is huuuuuuge. The production, her energy, her vocals!! She’s a great performer. She always put her energy and emotion into her performances. Even in stadium with just her acoustic guitar or piano, still feel intimate and filled in the stadium really well. Which is hard to do in stadium.
Maybe after you listen to reputation album you could give it a watch or even react to it like you would an album, 2 parts video or something.. you won’t be disappointed.

This was basically her reputation tour performance, just slightly modified for the awards. Which is on Netflix if you wanted to watch it. That is basically what you get when you go to a Taylor concert. She goes all in, and makes it an experience for every single person in that crowd.
I saw this performance three times on her tour, it was awesome.
Her rehearsals for that tour lasted a few months I think, and then the tour itself was a few more more, so by the time she performed this at the AMAs it was very well rehearsed.
The tour version is pretty much identical, and yeah, I could feel the flames on my skin. I could even feel the pyro from my nosebleed seats in a 60,000 seat stadium. The nosebleeds can actually be pretty fun at Taylor concerts, they definitely were for reputation tour since she had massive screens, light shows that weren't visible from the floor seats (only from above), big production stuff like pyro/cryo and large props, and also smaller stages at opposite ends of the stadium that she does a few songs at to get closer to fans with seats further back.

This is my all time favorite performance from Taylor she shows she can be in a great entertainment level.
If you wanna see all sides of Taylor you should watch her entire Concert. Reputation or the 1989 Tour. She plays the piano, acoustic and electric guitar on these tours. I think you'll enjoy these concerts a lot!
She has such amazing performances because she visualizes it all as she's writing the music. Her tours are a visual masterpiece too. Also she always displays the emotion of the song

The AMA's were on Oct 9, 2018 just after the US leg of the reputation stadium tour ended (51 shows) and before she took the tour to the Pacific/Asia. The film on netflix is from Arlington Stadium, on October 6th, the weekend before this; this is very much like her tour performance, but HER stage was a LOT bigger. She did have to modify the choreography for the smaller venue. And, cut down on the fireworks.

This is my favorite Taylor Swift performance. She is a bad-ass Queen in this. I love her so much. She is so talented. Her reputation era is one of my favorites. The piano performance you mentioned is "All Too Well" which is a fan favorite. That was an epic performance also.

The performance you are talking about is Grammys 2014, she performed "All Too Well" from her fourth album Red (folklore is her 8th, Lover is 7th, reputation is 6th and 1989 is 5th). Btw if you are going to watch that video, play attention to the song and storytelling, it's universally thought of as one of, if not her best song.
This performance of "I Did Something Bad" would have probably been harder to organize had she not been performing a very similar version on her tour, and AMAs in 2018 were just few days after she finished her North American leg of reputation Stadium Tour, so she and her touring crew just replicated as best as they could, cause this stage is significantly smaller than the one she had on tour (it was all stadiums and obviously they had more space - that tour was epic btw, you can find that tour movie on Netflix). Fun fact: the giant cobra was her prop on the tour but for entirely different song (for "Look What You Made Me Do"), and because Taylor is Taylor, she had named it Karyn. Somehow very appropriate, I don't know why but it just sounds right lol.

Lover is great. The songs are highly produced but she also released Lover (City of Lover from Paris) which is fully stripped down and it was just her and her guitar singing to the crowd...which was just amazing. Just letting you know!

If you are planning to review/react to Lover next you should check out some of the City of Lover performances. She does acoustic of a few songs and Cornelia Street in particular is revelatory. Also, she did a tiny desk concert. It was fabulous. The rocking out on Piano was probably All Too Well from the Grammys but she also rocks this one regularly. The earlier you go with performances the more likely that you might tear up from her emotion.
